Taco Bell, Kissimmee FL

This location horrible. 25 min wait for a mobile order. Food cold. Extremely smaller portions than wat supposed to be. Order made wrong.

Placed a mobile app order of two cheese and potato quesadillas to pick up drive thru as in-store was closed at 12am. Waited half an hour on drive through, got the food and bit into it and both of them were chicken and cheese (made incorrectly). I’m a vegetarian and haven’t eaten meat in years, so this is obviously upsetting and a health hazard.

Called the store and the manager told me that we had to get back in the long drive thru line to get them remade- they wouldn’t just remake them and unlock the front door to hand them to us after we had already waited in that long line initially. Ridiculous, dangerous for people with food allergies, and unaccommodating.

You need a lot of patience to deal with this crew. Brand new place but either the staff was not trained or the owners need training.

All I wanted was a hot meal. And again I got the chicken or beef bowl (couldn’t tell what it was) at room temperature. And I specifically asked for it to be HOT.

I don’t think they have microwaves and they prep the food way in advance. I also had to ask for eating utensils—they gave me a fork— and then I had to ask for napkins too. Good thing I didn’t need a knife or spoon. Or a beverage to boot.

New Taco Bell locations should run like a fine oiled machine and not like an Easy Bake Oven Kitchen for kids.

Breakfast starts at 9am we got there at 910 they told us it would be 15 more minutes before they could help us. Very rude

Horrible food! Why fix someone chicken chalupa with hardly any chicken fajita meat on the either of them. Then in order to fix it you make me get back in the drive thru behind 10 plus cars. Really Tacky Taco Bell! All visitors picking up something to eat during the night Don't Do It!

It was ok, below what you normally expect from taco bell. The breakfast food is really bad. The only good thing I found out, you can get regular menu items also so I had 2 more taco supremes so that saved the breakfast.

Left Disney at 11pm and the line was 10 cars deep. Ordered $70 worth of food on the app. Even had a couple customizations and everything was accurate. It was ready really fast and everything tasted really fresh.

Last time I ordered Taco Bell in Williamsport PA. It led to complaint so bad I was gifted a 100$ gift card (of course it was a Taco Bell gift card). Moved to Florida, 1st time Taco Bell in a whole new state, and well this time it was a refund and a remade order of 6 Soft Shell.

Moral of the Story is: Quality be damned as these days it is all about Corporate Profit.

…the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They don’t care to try to solve any problems or even listen when the customer is speaking. I’ve also ordered from this location twice on Uber and the first time, they only put half the items in the bag but told the Uber driver it was all there. The second time, they said they didn’t get my order but when I called and talked to them, the manager said they did and it wasn’t even ready. Ended up canceling.

I was really craving some late night Taco Bell so I decided to get in the drive-thru line despite the fact that there was a massive line. Well I waited no more than 5 minutes to place my order and get my food. Ridiculously fast and efficient staff. Plus all my food was correct. Highly recommend going here.

From Colorado, came to this TB, best experience ever! Nothing was wrong with our 50 dollar order with 26 items. Stellar service

Visited this restaurant on Tuesday, the 21st of September. Going through the drive thru, I ordered 2 of the $5 boxes with drinks and a nacho Supreme with a drink. My total was 21.94, gave the cashier at the window $22.00. Not only did he keep my change, which I don't really care that much about, but after he gave me my drinks, he told me to have a nice day. That would have been nice if he had said it after giving me my food. I actually had to remind him that I had ordered food to go with the drinks. Then he gave me the two $5 boxes, I then had to ask if he could put them in a bag so that they wouldn't spill in my car.

Horrible, the food was trash the oil was probably not changed for a year. The tacos smelled bad and tasted like diseased cardboard. Took almost an hour to return it and get a refund. Absolute garbage!

I would never go here. They should just be closed. Order my food on mobile and selected pick up inside. My order said it’s be prepaid and when I asked how much long the lady said they were not even making it that it would be like an 45 minute wait. So I said I wanted to cancel and get a refund but she said I have to call a number because they are a third party! Well I called and they said there closed so I emailed and we will see if they do anything. I’m going to call back again we spent $18 dollars here and got NO FOOD!

Tried placing an order on door dash and it got cancelled. Thought it was weird as their was no explanation as to why it was cancelled and i tried calling the phone number several times and kept getting a busy signal. Had my boyfriend place an order through Uber eats and after an hour of waiting the order was cancelled yet again with no explanation

This was at one point my favorite Taco Bell.but the blah greeting at the drive through was such a turn off. I understand everyone has bad days so I returned and got served by the same lady and BLAH again. Not to mention I got all the way home and I felt like I was only eating sour cream.

It's a taco bell, this one is the 2nd closest to my house but worth the drive because the Windermere location awful. My only real gripe is the cheese quesadilla, they barely put any cheese in it and just about an ounce of sauce the one time I only time I ordered it.
