Taco Bell, Oakland Park FL

Ordered at the computer kiosk which was nice because we could take our time deciding. There were many choices we could make to customize our order. Really cool. Although, it was a take out order and we didn't get any of the salsas that we requested.

I’ve been to a fair share of Taco Bell’s in my time and this is by far the SLOWEST. In addition to the long wait, they got my order entirely wrong and I had to yell to get someone attention about it because the front desk was completely unmanned for the entire time I was inside. Gave an extra star because my wrong order was clearly made fresh (it was super hot) which I appreciated.

Saturday 11/29/2021.

My girlfriend orders taco bell online at this location. Something quick and easy after we both had a long day.

We drive over and find this sign. At 8: 02pm - Her order clearly says ready in the screenshot at 8: 01pm.

We drive up and see workers Inside.

Couple things. We both work in the restaurant industry as general managers. We know about OLO and how fast causal works. If you are closing early SHUT OFF YOUR ONLINE ORDERING PORTAL.

Now, WHY are you closed. You aren't some mom and pop shop. You are a national chain. And if you are closed, SWITCH IT ON GOOGLE.it really isn't that hard.

Hilariously enough the only other time I was here was back in June when there were cops that shut done the location around 1am because the staff was being reckless and idiotic.

We ended up going to another taco bell to get out order.

Contact me so we can get our refund. Congrats on being the most worthless location in south florida.

Just shut the horrific location down there's no way this location is grossing anywhere near suitable numbers to justify the amount of audacity that comes out of the staff.

Sunday, October 17,2021 at 5: 22 p.m.: We just tried to enter the restaurant to purchase tacos and the doors were all locked. We saw White people sitting inside, so they were open. Does this location not serve Black people?

Food was sloppily put together and made a mess this last visit, but food was good and I didn't get sick.

Hours stated online are open until 4am. We showed up at 2: 20am on a Friday night in a Lyft. They told us they were closed already and weren't serving. We could understand closing up a half hour early but 1 hour and 40 min was a huge let down. Please change your online hours if this is a normal occurrence, wasting customers time and money isn't a good look.

This truly has to be the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to and nowadays they're all pretty slow. They never get my order right. Don't know who's managing the place but they need a new manager because nothing runs smoothly there anytime I go.

God Forbid I should go inside to eat, and why are they only letting some people in to eat! What are we not good enough to dine in!

Friendly staff. Good food. Variety of options. Tried the breakfast burrito and it was good.

Employees weren't friendly. Took almost 45 minutes for our order to be completed. Our food was cold as well. Management needs to train emotes before they go on the food line!

This location consistently closes a lot earlier than they are supposed to most nights. The staff haven't left though. They just ignore all the cars in the drive thru to make people drive away. They also pretend they don't see you if you drive up to the window after waiting at the speaker for someone to take your order.

Worst location when it comes to time, they open and close whenever they feel like it. I placed and paid for an online order and when in arrived they weren't open. When I drove up to the window the employee just shook their head and walked out of sight. Had to cancel my order and wait for a refund.

One of the better taco bells locally. The staff is pretty nice. Food is normally fresh and orders are correct 99% of the time from this location. Only issue we have had with this location is uber eats orders.

This is the worst Taco Bell around. The employees are the worst, give you the wrong food Multiple times and are rude when you go back to tell them you got the wrong order. There is no customer service.

Horrible Customer Service and Extremely Slow Service!
Needs New Management & Staff Needs Training!
They are always out of items and they close the store at random times during the day and the kiosk is always out of order.
They usually get orders incorrectly and they don't hand out orders in the order they were received!

I understand this isnt a 5-star restaurant. But in a world revolved around customer service is critical. I drove up to the drive thru and the girl said "you have to come inside first" RUDELY. I was confused at first because I thought she might have been speaking to someone else she knows personally like that. The way she demanded it.like.what.how.be better.
