Taco Bell, Tampa FL

Always get great food from Taco Bell. Been eating from there for years and years and never had any bad food. Very good place to eat in or take out. Drive through is fast and order correct. Appreciate being able to depend on a great place to eat

Normally this Taco Bell doesn’t do me dirty. But today was different. The skimpiest tacos I’ve ever seen. Felt like eating a taquito. I wish I could say I was lying but this really is the portion of the tacos they gave me.

Ordered 13 different items. Lots of custom requests. Each item was clearly marked and delicious. Great job to the employees tonight. Yall rock

Clean location, great staff, food was cooked to perfection. Food was tasty, good portions. They mixed their fountain drinks flawlessly and they even gave us a free senior fountain drink for my grandparents which I didn't even know that was a taco bell perk that I will have to take advantage of when the time comes. I'd give em 6 stars but 5 is all they'll allow me to provide. ️

Good Food - Ordered from the Kiosk, easier, AND YOU CAN Pick and Choose your toppings for your tacis - That is really cool

The workers here are super nice and the food came out fast. One of the better Taco Bell’s in Tampa

They don't even deserve one star. There are always "issues" with door dash or UberEATS orders, don't waste your time or your money with them

Wish they would allow walk-through customers to order at the drive-through. Not many places in our zip code are open late at night (past 10PM) for food (aside from here and McDonald's across the street), so if you're hungry but don't have a car, you're out of luck here.

On Friday night, this place was open as late as 2AM, but I was told quite plainly at the drive-through window, "If you don't have a car, you can't order food here. " Why not run a credit check on all of your customers while you're at it?

I understand it is a potential "liability issue" for pedestrians at the drive-through lane, but this just seems like a policy to discriminate against those on foot. I could literally call a delivery order service and have the meal dropped off to me in the parking lot (for a fee), but I can't order it myself on the property unless I'm in a vehicle

Last night will be the last time I come to this location. They weren’t ever really good (always extremely forgetful and making errors) but I tried coming by to grab a couple of things and they said they only took cash. So I came back with cash and then they said only exact change. Mind you, they had several customers consistently this entire time. I asked if they could just give me change back that’s rounded up (I.e. If the total is 15.40, give me 4 back) and they said no. So basically they couldn’t do simple math and were trying to ward off customers. Lousy place and lazy employees. I’ll be going to the Erhlich and Dale Mabry locations from now on.

Just close this taco bell. Y'all never seem to have enough staff so no reason to stay open.

Ordered through mobile app for pick-up at this store, but store claims never received order. I'm now out food and money, store offered absolutely no assistance other than "call the Taco Bell number". Terrible customer service.

I live a literal 5 minues from this place. There is no reason my hard taco bottoms should be completely sogged out by the time i get home. Due to how fast i got my order and odd taste to the tomatos, i suspect these tacos were old. This is not okay, I understand its fast food but jesus. My tacos were so soggy, i couldnt even hold them without it falling apart.

Frequented this Taco Bell fairly frequently since my teen years. The quality has always been good if you know what Taco Bell offers and enjoy it. My orders were always accurate. Staff were sometimes very friendly, sometimes barely speak and won't even repeat your total at the window. All depends on whose shift it is.

However, the wait times at the drive-thru can be abysmal at times. Long before Covid and the labor shortage hit, a line of 2-3 cars in front of me sometimes meant a wait of 15-20 minutes, or even longer. This could be particularly bad on the night shift. If you like Taco Bell the food should be to your liking, but do not expect quick service.

I went through the drive thru ordered dinner for my family and found that my mother's crunch wrap had no meat. It was just lettuce and sour cream. I tried and could get no one. I will NEVER visit this place again! I gave one star but what is deserved is a thumbs. What is worse is that management does not even care enough to answer the phone.
