Really bad experience I came at 9: 30 pm it was a big line I was there for 30 minutes and when I finally get to order they told me that were close and wasted my time really bad services

This is the best TB in Hillsborough County. Prob because the old people will make a scene if they don’t get your order right or it’s not hot. Keep it up

I would give them a zero star if the app.would let me. Really bad service, got wrong food and when I complained that i got the wrong food was cursed out and the drive through window was slammed.

Service has really become poor because no one wants to work anymore. Our younger generation just wants to wander around with a cell phone. Sad…

Got to drive thru at 930 and was informed they were temporarily closed, until the minors that were working came back from break. Finally got food and get home to find out there is no sour cream on my Soft Taco Supremes. You would think with Burger King bring shut down for their rebuild, that Taco Bell would capitalize, being the only fast food place there. You are supposed to step up your game while your competitor is closed, not chase away the customers you have. Very disappointed.

After waiting in their drive-through line for 30 minutes I was told that they only take online orders or DoorDash but since it was getting close to closing time it probably would not go through what a terrible experience they should have at least had a sign out front notifying their customers

Nicest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Staff were really nice, food was hot, the burritos didn't have toppings oozing all over like at other ones, and my vegetarian ingredient swap was correct. Best Taco Bell in Florida.

At 1pm today they closed the lobby. There were people inside so they had a door girl unlocking and locking the door for 30 mins. They claimed they had to close the lobby because they are short staffed, but they were able to afford to have a staff member play on her phone and lock the door for 30 mins. The lunch rush was over. You do not wait on tables or clean them for that matter. There was no reason to close the lobby and upset a bunch of people. Little kids had to use the bathroom and were being turned away at the door with a lobby full of people. Stop blaming being short staffed on everything that goes wrong. Pay your employees a living wage and offer benefits if you want employees. You clearly do not want employees or a functioning restaurant.

I actually don't mind this Taco Bell for the most part. To be honest, the employees do a good job of making sure that what I've ordered is placed into the bag. I still check, but I usually always leave with everything that I ordered. Not too much to say about this location. It's in Sun City/Ruskin and in a decent enough spot. The employees are usually pretty friendly and for the most part wear masks, which is good. Don't really have anything out of the way to say about this location.

Manager is very Rude. Wouldn’t allow people to order at the counter. One kiosk is down and the other works however, some elderly people do not have the understanding of how to use it. Very poor service.

Dining room not open and no signs out front saying so. App not working with store due to changed menu items. Need to better work on communications with corporate to store and add store to customers.

This place needs to open the lobby and close the drive thru so they can cater to both people who want to sit and want the food Togo. I use to go there all the time but now I just go to bk so I can sit and eat.

Everytime I go there the inside dining is locked. I ride a motorcycle. So it's not like I can just relax and eat unless i go inside. I eat taco bell weekly. I will no longer go here.

I’m a nurse on lunch went to the Taco Bell in Sun City Center and waiting in the drive thru line for 15 min. I get to the menu screen and was asked what I wanted so I told them what I wanted and then I never heard anything else then the total popped up on the screen so I drove up to the drive thru window. The crew member was about to give me the wrong order so I corrected him that this is not what I ordered. My order was never placed so he tells me they do not have an order for me so I have to go back thru the drive thru line again. This is unacceptable because they could have taken my order while I was at the window.

We would've preferred to eat here instead of the BK next door, but this place only had the drive thru open, so we couldn't use a restroom after a 2-hour drive. BK was fully open, so we just hopped over there instead. Sorry, Taco Bell.

It was okay just like every other Taco Bell know exactly what to order and it was actually really good haven't had Taco Bell in a while so it was a good change of pace

With the dining room being closed if you have a high sitting vehicle that don't meet their standards don't go there they would not let you walk through the drive-thru to get your food no matter if your trucker you have a big truck with a trailer or you just too high to go under the awning

No hot sauce, wrong order, marque says Breakfast, No breakfast, I think they like saying they haven't served breakfast in over a year.
Fast food here in South shore is pathetic.

Waited in drive through line for about 15 min, ordered a bowl, didn't get eating utensils. Went back into same line, got a fork but no apology just a matter of fact attitude - 30 min later.:/ And lobby was closed.
