Taco Bell reviews
13It's clear that the negative reviews on here have not been addressed by the restaurant. I have been to this location numerous times, and each time gets a little worse. When you eat fast food in general, you don't have high expectations. You at least hope the food is edible. I placed a mobile order and waited 19 minutes at the stop sign for them to bring my order out through their bunny trail in the front landscaping. Since I waited so long, I was thinking "maybe my food will be fresh". Much to my surprise, the food was still soggy. I upgraded an item to add potatoes - no potatoes found. There was no meat in the crunchwrap, and the guacamole was sour. Just when I thought this place couldn't get any worse, they proved me wrong again. The only thing they're getting better at is getting worse.
Food is decent. I never get my whole order though and the staff will generally treat you as a nuisance. Went today and was missing three items and got scoffed at when I tried to rectify.
No idea who owns this franchise, but they must hate making money. I pulled into the drive through at 1042 on a Saturday night. When I tried to order, the attendant said they were closing. Perplexed about what kind of restaurant closes 18 minutes prior to the top of the hour, I asked when they closed, and I was told 10 to 11. Given that I was still 8 minutes early to that imaginary closing time, I figured I’d be able to order tacos, but I was sadly mistaken. I’m now sitting at the drive through line at Wendy’s, where in their infinite mercy, they’ve decided to adhere to their published hours, while the clowns at the Niceville Taco Bell are still listed as open. If you ever wonder how a fast food chain should treat their customers, ask what Chick Fil A would do - this sadly isn’t it.
Don’t waste you’re time and money on this junk! They are rude and lazy! Food was soggy and had all the meat juice in my hard taco and got my order wrong! Will never come here again save your time and drive to Bluewater!
Simply horrible service, wrong order every time, never have necessary ingredients for most menu items… don’t waste your time.
Seems people hate their job here it’s kinda a touch and go here I would suggest going to bluewater instead. It’s always a disappointment when I go here don’t know what’s going on but I hope they figure it out! They always skimp you especially if you have to go back and tell them they forgot things then they mad about it and skimp you!
Picture of the small amount of cheese in my cup for my chips and cheese and small amount of chips as well chips this is sad!
Constantly cheating the drive-thru timer provides worse service, but at least the manager still makes service bonuses without having to raise wages to attract a crew.
My boyfriend and I ordered DoorDash from this location. First of all, he’s a vegetarian. He ordered a cheese quesadilla, and when it arrived it had chicken in it. This is unacceptable. Luckily he noticed before eating any of it! Also their grilled cheese burrito is very bland. We won’t be ordering from here again.
Workers were fast and friendly. Taco Bell food is garbage. Tired of paying premium price for burritos full of rice. Chips taste like wood on nacho bell grande.
Chose drkve thru because the backup at tge damn machijes was excessive and no human at counter
Please learn the difference between refried beans and BLACK BEANS. This is like the third time I asked for a supreme crunch wrap substituting beef with refried beans and instead they put black beans and I absolutely hate black beans. Annoying. Listen better ty.
Went for lunch and ordered the burrito supreme taco combo. Asked for soft taco. Was informed they were out of hamburger and offered chicken or steak instead. Told him steak on the taco and no meat on the burrito. Get back to work and I have a “crunchy” taco with 4 small pieces of steak. When I say small, they were about the size of tic tacos and were salty. The burrito also had them too. Looked at the receipt and the charged me 1.80 to substitute the steak. What you going to sell me a lettuce, tomato and cheese taco? Of course I wanted meat, but to charge me a substitute fee for something you do not have.
