Taco Bell, Wildwood FL

If I could give 10 stars I would. Just went through the drive thru with my geriatric dog. They offered her an ice water AND gave her a pup sample of steak. She drooled the whole way home and lost her mind over the steak. That was so kind of them! Also, my food was very tasty.:)

I asked for extra beef on my nachos and barely received any at all. It was all bean and a mushy mess. Also ordered beef on a Power Bowl in place of chicken and received NO meat at all. Very disappointed!

Was going to eat here, but after seeing all the grime in the ladies restroom- I changed my mind.

Absolutely horrible food. Ordered 12/29 at 235 pm. Burrito supreme was made with either old soft shell or over done. Burritos where very messy and falling apart. Will never visit this location again.

The drive thru wait was awful, it took nearly fifteen minutes from the time I got in line till the point where I got my food, and there were only two cars in front of me from the beginning. Had I not already ordered and paid in advance on the app, I wouldn’t have sat through it.

When I mentioned to the guy at the window that I saw three cars leave the drive thru because of the wait, his response was “we don’t really care”.

Wooooooow!

Prices are way to high for the little meat you get in a regular taco, to get decent amount of meat and not all lettuce you to pay another 1.00 for extra meat. 10 taco almost 30.00?

I’ve never been inside, but I have used the drive through! Never had a problem with the customer service or food I receive.:)

Love the service and getting to know the employee's as a regular. Any situation can be made a positive with a little bit of kindness and a couple of jokes after a long day. Food has always been hot and made correctly when recieved, and if any issue occurs they're amazing at helping to solve them. Keep up the great work ya'll!

The food is always great, staff is always nice. The problem is the kiosks. I don't want to punch in my order, I want to talk/order food from a human being.

Ordered dinner through the App, pulled up to the speaker, and gave my name. I pulled around and received my orderly efficiently. My dinner was the BEST I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. My quesadilla actually tasted authentic and my taco was made with care and all the toppings requested! This is the first time I’ve ever received a meal from any Taco Bell that was of a “made to order from authentic Mexican restaurant” grade. Loved it. Thank you!

When you order your food they make you sit there and wait where you order so that they can keep their ticket times low and they'll tell you when you can move forward. That means I have to sit out in the blazing hot sun can't roll up my window and have to sit there and listen for him instead of just pulling me up and getting the food out quickly. Then when you say something to him they get short-handed your food and tell them they have a good day and close the window on you. Never leave your customer sitting in the hot tongue if you want to do that put a roof over the overhang so we don't have to sit in the Sun

I have stopped 2 days in a row at about 1030. I ordered the same, 5 soft tacos. The continuity is excellent. Both days, was greeted by friendliness. The young man at the window knew the security company I work for. We discussed the company a bit while I was waiting. He was very nice as the young lady the morning before. Great prices in hard times and great customer service.

Kiosk screen and dinning tables were dirty. Crumbs and trash were piled. Under east wall tables. Keep in mind I was the first one in that morning. They unlocked the door for me. I hate to think about the filth in the kitchen.
