Just before midnight on 8/31. Food was good. Drive through lady had some serious attitude. Cut us off taking our order and was worse at the window. Just going to go to a different location

Cinnamon twist are always good I don’t know what there made out of but I love them

Food was decsnt, however, the service was lacking. I often have issues with my last name because at times it shows up as Bible, other times is bi##le, with the ## representing random characters and very rarely it appears as Bißle, it's natural spelling.

In the middle of explaining this I was rudely cut off and told I only need to provide my first name. Being told to do one thing really didn't bother me, it was the "aggravated" tone in his voice that annoyed me.

Customer service is a two way street

It's a taco bell. Nothing particularly special about it. Sadly they seem to have issues with their baja freeze machine, which is frustrating since that is one of me and my friends favorite dishes at this chain. Had to go to a different taxi bell to get it. Sad. Oh well, that's how life just is sometimes.

This Taco Bell messed up our order 2 times, when we tried to reorder they were very rude and did not want to fix our order.

Poor franchise, customer service is so so.the general manager is pretty cool and cares about customers but unfortunately it does not follow through to the customer service.

Ordered a black bean crunch wrap, got a beef one. Second not great experience with this taco bell. Who hurt y'all? Tortilla n lettuce the first time, beef instead of black bean the next. Align your chakras folks

Have been sitting in the Drive-Thru line for 30 minutes and the Work er is sleeping inside you can see them though the doors

Always a quick and pleasant experience, never gotten my order wrong, and today the girl said she was doing taco-rific which made me laugh

I love the girl that say to have a taco-tastic day! She always makes sure our order is correct and good customer service like this is definitely worth the wait of the line out onto the street. I've talked to other people about her awesome customer service and it's so funny to hear that other people go to this location because of it too. I just wish the lines would move a little bit faster. Keep up the great work!

Haven’t had any problems before with them. But my boyfriend went through the drive threw today and order 2 burritos; one 5 layer and one 7 layer and got me a cheesy gordita crunch with no lettuce and extra meat. Total came out to be $11.37 had to check my checking account since they didn’t give us a receipt. What they gave us was two 5 layer burritos and a cheesy Gordita crunch with lettuce and no extra meat which come out to be $10.19. They gave us no receipt so we couldnt prove our order was wrong. And the girl who was running the drive threw didn’t remember taking that order. And expected us to drive all the way back to the store to exchange the food. They expected us to do all the work to come and fix this. I’ve worked in a drive threw before you can look up receipts in the system and print them out. She chose to not to use all the tools to help. Since she didn’t remember taking the order. I know it’s only like a $1.00 difference but the order was so wrong.

It was extremely busy but the wait was well worth it. Garrison had such a positive attitude and exceptional customer service. He represents Taco Bell in the best light and sets the standard of service for other employees.
