Taco Bell, West Palm Beach FL

This Taco Bell is alright; I've personally had many good experiences at the drive thru during some late nights.

For Taco Bell, the food is alright and just about what you can expect from any other fast-food establishment.

That said, during my last visit to this establishment, a friend and I walked in to dine-out. On the digital kiosk that we were asked to use, it didn't have the special that was advertised as a selection; so the manager had to personally take our orders. My food came out swiftly, but my friend, who ordered ahead of me; received his fifteen minutes later.

By the time we got back home to eat, the food was ice cold and the visible technique of 'wrapping' a burrito that a customer experiences at a Taco Bell was nowhere near up to par. Because of this, it's put me off from Taco Bell for a while.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately to order coffee you couldn't use the kiosk so we had to order that separately from the food.

They forgot part of my order, I discovered this when I got home. I went back to receive a refund and they shorted me. They weren't busy or overwhelmed.

Ensure you double check your order before leaving.

Great atmosphere, fantastic service, delicious drinks. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Everything was fine till i started eating and found chicken in my meal which was supposed to be swapped out for potatoes. Pretty annoying considering I don’t eat meat: (

This might be the best Tacobell in the state. Didn't know my normal order could be as hot and fresh as it was. Staff was friendly as well

The food was very typical of Taco Bell. The service at the drive thru was very poor. I felt like I was inconveniencing the person that took my money and gave me my food.

Great employees, clean location! I spent some time here while knocking the other day, would say I’m pretty satisfied overall

Used to come here all the time. This time there was a worker standing in the parking lot screaming on her phone. After waiting 15 min at the drive thru they said "we're closed'. Guess they don't want my money here. This was at 6: 30pm.

I was charged for my order half was there by the time I got home and I called nobody answered called another store and they said this always happens with this particular store!

Food is always cold like it’s been sitting so I jus start getting Baja freezes and every time I come is always something going on with the machine always seem to have a problem so I stop coming for a while

I really do hope the kid with the nasty face and attitude working the window 07/03 3: 50 pm gets a reality check and gets his attitude adjusted. You are SERVING customers. GET OVER YOURSELF LOSER

I went thru drive thru at 1: 20 am, online says that they’re open until 2 am. When I got to the window the “manager” said with her hand that they were closed. I said online says you’re open until 2; she didn’t even open the window and said “technical difficulties”. Very unprofessional and lack of accountability for being closed do early. I will not be going back to that location

I'm down from Atlanta, had a long work day, missed lunch and dinner, and had to drive to Orlando and back afterwards. Got back and stopped here at 12: 05am since Online says open till 1am. I watched the staff hand food to the three cars ahead of me, to be told as I got to the window that they are closed due to lack of staffing, and I should go to the McDonald's around the corner. So I did, and there was such a line, I didn't eat till 1 am and had time to write this while I was waiting. I love taco bell, but this run for the border was a bust!

The lady was super nice and when she saw my order had a mistake, fixed it quickly. Easily the best taco bell ive been to in my life.

We ate here in the middle of the week and ordered our food at approximately 8pm. After 36 minutes of cold waiting we received finally the food.

The food was good and hot as well, but it last so long, that we were tired of waiting. Even the drive thru was served faster than the people who are waited inside the restaurant.

I ask why it last so long and the answer was that there are to lees employees. Maybe the next time you should ask how long it will last before you order the food.

I really like Taco Bell. Just, not this one. What used to be one of my favorite locations has become severely lacking in about everything a fast food restaurant is supposed to be. One, the lobby is never open. I was quite surprised the lobby was during this visit.

Two, they messed up my order. I asked for no sour cream. There was sour cream all the way at one end. It's kind of difficult to see this as an accident. Here's a pic. The whole burrito was as ordered except, for this one end. This is the Beefy Melt Whatever. So, I'm guessing the employee thought screw my order since they were already making it.

The Fiesta Veggie Burrito was quite cold. At least, it had no sour cream.

And, to think back in 2015 and 2016 that steak, egg and cheese quesadilla was my favorite especially when purchased from here. Way to devolve.

I was here at 11: 45 and it says on the website closed at 1 am nobody answered the drive thru speaker and there was 2 employees who didn’t even acknowledge us at the window or the car in front of us

Typical Taco Bell. Adjustments have been made for Covid but employees were helpful. Even though they push the kiosk to order, they were willing to take my order at the register. Kiosks take jobs. I always use people when able.

This location is the spot! ️ From the amazing diverse staff, the sealed food bags, the ease lf ordering without attitude and poor tone…best spot! Food is always hot, good and right every-time I order! I drive to this location more than the one closest to me simply because of the customer service! Love this spot
