Taco Bell, Margate FL

This Taco Bell is closet to my house. The amount oftimes the system is down is unbelievable. This is probably the 5th time this year. Also been told they were out food.

I've ordered 2 times asking them each time for sour cream and tomatoes only to be charged for it and didn't receive it. I went here last night for a crunch wrap and they literally gave me a soft shell smushed together with sloppy meat and sour cream on top. No hard shell in the middle. With that being said about 33 years of eating at this location I'm calling it quits, staff get upset if you confront them about missing items or the prepared food.
This taco bell needs a serious clean out.

Would give zero stars if I could. Got here at 8PM on a Saturday night when there supposed to be open until 2am. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes yelling hello to I guess no one. Pulled up the window and honked my horn. Was told my a very rude employee who just shouted thru the closed windows "were closed" like I was supposed to figure that out on my own. At least post a sign in the drive thru that you are closed. Don't have people sitting out there expecting service and then get an attitude with the patrons paying your bills. Will not be returning. And used to frequent here at least 3 times a week. I guess that means nothing.

My visit to Taco Bell was for an online order. Placed the order online, and when you get there, they cook your order. It's was fairly quick, and the food was good. The pink lemonade was so refreshing! Overall, it was a good trip, little more expensive than I thought but prices are up for everything.

No one taking orders. Saw several cars drive off. Maybe napping.

*Edit - 3rd different time I've been there and their employees are not attending the window, sitting down eating while customers sit there wondering what's going on. THE MANAGER HERE NEEDS TO HIRE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE TRYING TO WORK DURING OPEN HOURS.

Avoid this Taco BeLL location at all costs. There's 1 on sample, 1 on Atlantic and 1 on mcnabb. McNabb.all twice the service.

Ordered a black bean crunchwrap through uber eats and was given a crunchwrap with meat.y’all need to learn how to do your job.ridiculous

This store is on need of leadership. The lobby is always close, perhaps lacks of employees, got it. Understand. But the drive thru is absolutely a nightmare. Last 4 times i had to check the orders and get it corrected. Mean noty order it all.

Went to Taco Bell at 9: 45pm today Saturday 04.02.22 and it is closed. Online it shows open until 2am Not true!

Been there a couple of times and it's closed.but lately it's open. I hope they keep it there. I miss my Fiesta Fries

I was outside of the store, was raining and MR; Demetrius (manager) opened the door and taken care me with my order and served me.he was a SUPER AMAIZING PERSON who knows his job and do his BEST works to helping others.
I do recommended this place to eat and have a relaxing moment.
It is a clean place to eat.

The service is horrible, it’s been twice that they charged us incorrectly and instead of owning up to it they tried to explain it. We got 6 tacos for 19 dollars and were saying they charged us wrong. I’ve been at Taco Bell enough to know it’s not that much for tacos and even the charge is wrong. But the price wasn’t the problem it was the service, when I said to the lady what I wound like she didn’t even list the proper order I had to repeat it almost 6 times. That also wasn’t the problem though, it was the way they handled the wrong charge and charged us for 12 tacos instead of 6.that’s just wrong. Money doesn’t matter but the way the handled it is the reason why people shouldn’t go to this specific location.

Always, well almost always fresh food. We go thru drive-thru and eat in the car so that's all I can say about that. They are fast, curtious and give me plenty of napkins

They charge a $10 delivery fee on uber eats if you're only literally 1 mile away. Completely unacceptable and unethical.

Put a order through on door dash for my husband to pick up for himself for dinner after his 16 hour shift as he’s a officer and was starving. He gets to the store around 10: 20pm where he got in line to pick up the food since the lobby was closed. They proceeded to tell him they didn’t have his order at all even when I screen Shot both the online receipt and the money taken out of our account telling us to complete the the order when it already was completed, arguing us telling us we were wrong when in reality they were wrong because the order was sitting there the ENTIRE TIME! And super rude about it, incompetent. Didn’t want to help figure out the issue that they created cause they are too lazy to figure life out. We will never be using this Taco Bell location again. Did the drive through, the girl taking the order was really good, she made sure my custom orders were correct, she verified the complete order and just took me 1 time need more employed like her.

I guess they feel like they can close whenever they want. Took this pic at 12: 09. I'm not a Karen but is it too much to ask for you to be open 45 minutes before the closing time that's clearly posted on the window?

Horrible customer service. They don’t answer any questions they stare at you like you don’t belong or they are lost. Need to be retrained in customer service!

I ordered Them on Uber Eats. I was missing TWO THONGS. MY FOOD WAS COLD! AND I WAS CHARGED 18.00 FOR EVERYTHING BUT I DID NOT GET ANYTHING I WANT A REFUND NOW! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE!

We want the combo#3 and 2 supreme hard tacos in one bag and 3 chicken chalupas and 3 chicken burritos and they give us all chicken burritos and they charged one extra hard taco which wasn't in the bag, taco bell and home depot employees are in LALA LAND!

This spot sure knows how to serve their clients. Constantly with a friendly demeanor. The food is affordably priced, regularly yummy and clean.
