Taco Bell, Pompano Beach FL

The workers are a disgusting person despite treating customers badly every weekend at dawn they do not attend you with the justification that the system is down and you see them with their cell phones without caring about anything the administrative staff should be more attentive with your workers because you are causing them to lose the business

If you walk in to order, go straight to the kiosk where you place the order yourself or you'll just wait there & no one will take your order. I went in, there were workers sitting in the common area & workers behind the counter. Was about 7 - 8 workers in total. Waited at the counter for almost 10 min for someone to take my order as i was the only one there before finally going to the self serve kiosk & placing my order (Workers just looked at me & went about there business as if i weren't even there). Received my food a bit later. Both of the tacos were had broken shells so when I opened up the wrapper to eat the taco the ingredients just fell right out. While waiting for food 4 other customers came in all got there order takin at the register with a greeting wish I had that kind of service This will be my last time visiting this place.

Every night I have gone with my friends and they do not attend to us, it is supposed to be a 24-hour service and always an excuse not to work

They never follow the order notes when you order off door dash. Cooks make the order however they want and throw it in the bag with no sauce. NO ONE EATS TACOS WITH NO SAUCE! Terrible Also the crunch wrap had no crunchy taco inside.if I could give them 0 stars I would!

NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE… lost count to be honest only 1 time they got it right! I live less than a mile from them and everytime I order QUESADILLA for my 8yr old daughter I tell them 2,3, times it’s annoying! How I tell them NOT TO PUT THE *D A M N* HOT SAUCE in it because it’s for my kid and she doesn’t eat spicy GUES WHAT? They always do! My problem? Is… I get home tired take a shower and eat what we order and BAM! HOT SAUCE-Chipotle sauce whatever u call it… then do you really think I will after shower, pjs drive my car less than a mile to complain? H*ll no! So aggravating… ruined my daughters dinner for the 4th time!

They never get my order wrong, but there have been instances when I show up at 3am and I see people inside but they are closed.
Their hours say they are open until 4am though.

No customer service we waited at register for 10 mins with 5 people behind the counter no hi welcome to taco bell nothing so we placed order on The machine tacos was all broken soggy 5 other customers came in they got a hello and have a good night when order was given to them I thanked them for my order still nothing another woman came in they welcomed her and took her order at the register all customers should be treated the same then as we was walking out the door one working was swearing to another worker not something a Customer wants to hear won't be back

The lobby was dirty, the dining room tables needed cleaning. I thought twice about whether or not I should even order something to eat. Just so happens my dining partner is diabetic and needed to eat. So we took a chance.

Horrible customer service gave me the wrong order after having to wait 10 minutes for a simple order of 2 tacos and a quesadilla spilled my drink and wanted to charge me for a new drink and they are very disgusting coughing near the food while handing it to me

No customer service at at all not polite you order and you don't get what you ordered they have to get some one to make that place great again oh and when there close they don't turn anything off make you think there open you wait and wait and when you drive up to the window and you honk your horn and someone pops there head and and shakes there heads you have a line of cars put up a sign or turn off the drive thur menu. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

So today i went to taco bell and ordered 2 chicken quesadillas a strawberry lemonade slushie and a regular pink lemonade. Who ever was working that day doesn’t listen at all after she said the strawberry machine wasn’t working she gave me 2 slushies (raspberry and mountain dew) and a pink lemonade and charges me $2 extra i told her multiple times i wanted 1 slushie though she didn’t listen maybe it was because i was a 14 year old so she must have thought that because i was a kid it didn’t matter. She didn’t give me any time to talk like she was in a rush and i left unsatisfied. Poor costumer service. On top of that the pink lemonade was sour and bitter‍️.

If you love Taco Bell like me its typically the same at all of them. I worked for Taco Bell over 30plus years ago and yes portions are smaller but it still taste the same to me. I remember making the beans back then in the huge pressure cookers. The staff her in drive-thru was nice and the food was made perfectly. I forgot to take pics but it really was a great experience.

They don’t know how to do mobile orders. Told me my order wasn’t there then said there is nothing they can do for me. Only to realize that my order was there. These people are beyond incompetent. And instead of being a problem solver the solution was we can’t do anything for you.

I have been religiously coming to this taco bell for years and I have to say the staff working now is by far the most professional, kind and helpful, they are always in a good mood, always smiling and friendly, it means that much more when a place has people with great attitudes working since we all are struggling to get through this pandemic.

I love Taco Bell, but this one has to be worst I have ever eaten at this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Be careful with this location i come to location often and I ordered a power bowl and I specifically asked for them to not put black beans in my bowl due to me being allergic to black beans and they went ahead and did it anyway if I had an allergic reaction that would have fell on Taco Bell.

I live at the ocean and Hillsboro and I drive all the way over to the pompano Taco Bell I just find that to be the better of all the Taco bells I go to
