They refuse to give people their orders at the window, you can order 1 Taco and they will tell you please go park around the corner and we will bring it out to you. I don't know why they have a drive through, what a waist of time 15 minutes for 1 taco.lol crazy

Well for starters my husband and I ordered on the mobile app at the same time. We went to the counter to pick up our mobile orders and had to wait 20 minutes for his and I had to wait over 45 minutes for four spicy sweet potatoe soft tacos. What really made it a horrendous experience was that when I finally received my order almost an hour later the sweet potatoes were as hard as a rock, cold and stale. I couldn't even eat them they literally bounced off the table that's how hard they were. So I waited an hour for sparse lettuce and cheese. When everyone that had arrived after us received their food hot and fresh and brought out to their car, while I stood there waiting and waiting. Complete and utter disaster never never again

We waited 35 minutes. Order came up missing items. Manager refunded cash when I paid card and offered nothing for our time. Not even the dead order. There is no logical series of events to lead up to the complete systematic failure of the people and equipment in this building to do their job. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Ordered two burritos at the drive thru, got to the window and paid, they asked me to pull around to the parking lot. They must have been telling this to everyone because the parking lot was full of drive thru customers. Lady came to deliver food, repeated my order to me and I took the bag. Got home and there was two tacos. How do you mix up two tacos with two burritos? This location is terrible.

This is the worst location I've been to and I used to drive a truck. Do not go inside cause they cater to drive through and online orders only. Been here 25 minutes and still no food.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. After waiting 30 min for my food, during which no employee would acknowledge me, I finally just left with no food. I would avoid this Taco Bell like the plague.

Tonight was the worst. It used to be great service especially during the day but at least 20 mins ago I ordered from here. Got a crunchwrap and tacos on the side. I am currently under the weather, so couldn't cook a meal without my head pounding. Figured I'd stop by. Big mistake. The women were rude and talked over me while I was trying to order. I suppose one got tired of trying to listen and she gave it to someone else anyways. Our food was soaked and the bag was wet on the bottom when I checked the stuff they looked okay. Yet when I got home in better lighting the crunchwrap tacos and everything else was soggy and soaked in water. As if they poured water on everything. Or made in a puddle of water idk. In any case very disappointing. You go on the list of careless workers. I'm sure the people who work during the day are great but during the night there is a big difference. The picture can't really show how soggy the tortillas are the crunch wrap was thrown away. Was not crunchy.

Nothing seems to work at this location. Registers are down every single day, drive thru constantly closed, cash only half the time…this location is losing a lot of money. Get it together.

My 10 year old son loves Taco Bell. I don't really ever go for myself. This location 4 out of the last 5 times I have been through either wasn't taking credit cards or their entire system was down. Forgive me if I think they are lying so they don't have to work. Wish I could give zero stars.

Is it just me or is it a coincidence that the system is down every night just around closing time.or they only are accepting cash.but still are able to make door dash orders (same system or nah?). Hmm.very interesting and inconvenient.

This place is a joke, only taking kiosk orders people lined up out the door waiting to use said kiosk, one person filling orders (at a snails pace btw) and another telling folks that the system has failed.

Called to see if the lobby was open before driving there.employee said yes we get there not even 10 minutes later. Got that store locked up tighter than Alcatraz waste of my time.

I wasn't ready.when the cashier asked, "How you doin? ". I replied, "I'm doing fine thk you. ". After what I could only describe as a "pregnant pause", I was instructed to order when I'm ready.
Long-story-shorten, after I requested, "2 beef only crunchy tacos- meat only! " The ordered was confirmed back to me by repeating the "minuses", instead of what I just said. Then the cashier asks me to hold, because she just lost her screen, and wanted me to start over. So I did. In my frustration she got offended, and the offended attack continue thru a series of berating comments and insults.
What seemed to be a seasoned working who's always there, decided to walk out before the transaction was complete.

While exiting the drive-thru my kids in the vehicle, we observed the same worker expressing her grievances at a patroen who was sitting in the parking lot.
Do better.

No chicken til after 2 not posted until well in line trapped in drive thru food skimpy like I'm trying to robbed them. Ice tea watered down like sugar water.
Rude cashier at drive thru NO gloves.food handler no mask or gloves. My worst restaurant experience
Will not return! Wasted time and money

Went to drive thru due to Only way to get food, waited to give order, started verbally giving order, voice came on speaker repeating order, then said can't take order pay machine was down, have to go on app and order pick up through drive thru, attempted app order, nothing I chose would complete "something in cart unavailable "

I had a very bad experience with a male employee. Very Very rude, I asked for extra hot sauce, he informed me I have enough, I offered to pay for extra so he threw in about 4 more packs then told me to move on that I had enough! Then, he kept saying bye- bye, ta-ta, while waving his hands for me to move forward. I was completely shocked. I have never experienced anyone working in the food industry act like he did. I asked for his name and he would not give me his name, he said I don't need to know his name, then again said bye, move on, go. For the first time in 67 years I called a customer care hotline and gave them my report. Within minutes of filing my complaint, the manager of Mary Ester Toco Bell called me and informed me he would look into this matter, I told him he should read his reviews because it seems like others have had a bad experience with your store. He proceeded to inform me that he doesn't read reviews because most people who write reviews lie! Then he said the employee I filed a complaint on has never had a complaint! As if to call me a liar! I truly believe he will do nothing to resolve this matter and doesn't care about the type of customer care his clients receive.

Everytime single time I try to order through drive thru they always deny my order and state their only doing mobile orders or door dash. The inside is always closed as well.

Drive Through order: Multiple problems: Ordered 2 Deluxe Craving Boxes. One, w/o Sour Cream. Had coupon for free Taco. Got home. There was a Dirty Napkin wadded up in Chalupa, there was Sour Cream on 5 Layer Burritos, & got Chips/Cheese, not Twists, the Free Taco wasn't in the order, & only 3 Sauces, for 2 people.
Went to Store, to show Employee, & he denied any of this, & refused to rectify the problem. Returned Home, called to speak with Manager, & same person said he was the MOD, & continued to refuse problems existed.
