Taco Bell, Bradenton FL

Rude didn't feel like the staff wanted to take my order. Got to the window no greeting just attitude. Snatched my card out of my hand. Had to park for potato's to be cooked. Had attitude when I got to the window. Shaking his head all the time is disapproval while running my card. All around bad attitude if u don't like your job then why are u in fast food?

This location is awful. There's always some bs reason why they can't either take my order or fill the order I placed online. I was just told this time that the systems were down and wouldn't be back up for another 30 to 45 minutes. By which time they'd be conveniently closed. Terrible service is constant here. This is my first and only review on here and it was bad enough to make me go out of my way to warn people.

I would never again order from here my dasher had to go to the drive through 4 times, and when he finally delivered my food I was missing three of my items that they didn’t put in the bag I got the the sauce for one of my missing items. When I tried to call nobody answered and the phone just hanged up

Probably the best Taco Bell in town. They're slow during rush but otherwise are fairly quick. Depending on who's running the drive-thru, remembering your sauces it hit or miss. Food is always on point and put together well. It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting here. Inside you can build the most bizarre taco your imagination can come up with. Taco Bell is definitely trying to innovate.

This place barely deserves 1 star. Worst taco bell in west bradenton! NEVER gets the order right. Always something not available. Employees are either playing around or they look miserable. There is no communication from employee to customer. Don't mobile order to this place its better to drive up or go in the store.

Exact reason I don’t go to Taco Bell anymore. I’ll forever go to the taco trucks on the side of the roads or anywhere else missing so much out of my order.all I wanted was a f taco. Taco Bell you are garbage now

The manager and crew could not have been more helpful. They prepared numerous tacos for my staff quickly and helped me get them to my car, so I could get back to school in time for my teachers’ lunch breaks at 11am. The staff enjoyed the tacos and I appreciate the Taco Bell Team’s hard work to help make Teacher Appreciation Week a success!

Saw two employees in the parking lot cursing and yelling at each other. A deputy happened to be pulling in and just asked if everything was ok. The male employee rudely told the deputy no one called him. I’ve been to this location a couple times and every time there are issues. After seeing how the employees act and how they treated the deputy I will never go to this Taco Bell again and I will tell everyone I see not to go.

It's a fact that they never keep open during the posted "business" hours. Management fails ro keep adequate cash to conduct "business" I watched three customers just drive off because of this lack of professionalism in management. Step it up people!

Well I Went There They Was Opened But I Couldnt Place My Order Because They Didnt Have Any Meat I Was Very Unhappy Because I Drove A Great Distance To Take My Girl To Get Taco's & Her Favorite Burrito's I Was Very Very Disapointed They Could Of At Least Gave Us A Free Meal To Make Up The Trouble I'am Still Upset I Wonder If They Have Meat Yet Also Gas Isnt Cheep Eithsr3

2022-I tried placing an order on app. But when trying to check out it claimed that the app lost connection with the restaurant. So got a ride to location and ordered inside there was only 1 person in drive thru and 2 people inside. I still sat waiting for 20 mins for our food. At least 5 to 7 people where there "working".

2021-Usually no problems but last 2 times orders were wrong

Me, my aunt and my uncle ordered each one a Doritos taco, and we got to the drive thru, how said by the app, but they said that we needed to go to the store, and when we got in the store they took us 45 minutes to get our order, that were just THREE TACOS, there were just 3 workers that any of them was really trying to work.

The staff is horrible. I understand there young teach them right mangers your not that desperate to where you lose customer. I won't come there again. The guy on speaker was rude messed my order up and over chargered me. Wost taco bell experience ever.

Worst service, can’t get an order right and forget about getting a refund when they mess up. They’ll call the cops on you, threaten you and worst of all their employees try to fight customers when their manager is rude, condescending and ignorant. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I also felt threaten when the employees walked across the counter and threatened to cause me bodily harm, one employee actually put their hands on me. The “General manager” Aimee F also threw the food and original receipt of purchase away and told me I’m S. O. L. I can’t get a refund for them messing up the complete order. I will never go back here again and recommend if you read this review you choose a different location.

My daughter said she found a hair in her burrito, I told her just throw it out and grab another one. What do you know the next one had hair in it to. Called Taco Bell to complain and whoever I spoke to said it was impossible because they wear hair nets. Great, so is the hair part of the meal? Would’ve gave them 0 stars but no option to. Down $14 bucks and they said they would look into it. Thanx a lot.

I usually love taco bell but this location is terrible. The place is always filthy dirty with no clean tables to eat at. The food is always wrong and when you ask for a replacement the manager takes an attitude and she even cursed me out the last time I was there due to putting spicy sauce on my kids food after I asked and made clear 3 times to not put any sauce. We will sadly no longer eat here. I hope for the sake of tye establishment they find a better manager or they will be losing money big time.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered, they got my order way wrong. They politely said they made a mistake and took the incorrect items back. That's when things really went south. I waited for 10 mins in the drive-thru as cars started to pile up behind me. I asked if they wanted me to pull around so they could get the next cars in line. They said but they wanted to let me know the frier broke and that my chalupas couldn't be made. I told them they could just give me back the order they gave me by mistake, it wasn't a huge deal. I was told they already thru them away and i should come in and theyd remake everything. I did so with no arguments. I waited an additional 25 mins while they continually ignored my order and thats not even the reason Im leaving this poor review.the nightmare I witnessed in the kitchen was straight out of a Gordon Ramsey tv show. The manager absolutely berated 2 teenagers working as hard as they could at what appeared to be their new job. She was yelling at them, calling them names and thrashing about in the back like wild animal in front of customers waiting in the lobby for their food. I was seconds away from yelling back to the kids to seriously consider a new job because they shouldn't have to take that kind of abuse from fast food manager even at their age. Lucky for her though my order finally came back so i left.but. Yup you guessed it.the order was wrong again.even more wrong than the original order
