Taco Bell, St. Petersburg FL

I live down the street so it’s the main Taco Bell I go to but ya really got to stop hiring pill heads in there

You know back in the day fast food places had standards and provided a family atmosphere. Well not this Taco Bell location, we went inside to place our order and the staff is just standing about talking and every other word out of their mouth was some form of profanity. The sad thing is one of people was either a shift lead or manager allowing it and even chiming in the same way. When we get home and open up our food it’s all soggy and falling apart. The quality of the food is not worth the price they charge you for it.

Ordered the #6 and an additional 2 doritos loco supreme tacos. By the time I made it home and ready to eat, I realized I didn't get anything I paid for. I received 2 regular hard tacos and some sort of burrito.

So Last night 8/11 My family and I went to a Rays Game on our way home our daughter wanted Wendys in which we stopped on our way home but the staff was so horrible and there customer service was even worse and everything we tried to order "they were out of". So we left and stopped at this Taco Bell.
The people who were working last night at this location were so nice and polite. It was clean and they showed great Customer service. They did forgot our Cinnamon twist but was quick about getting them to us and fresh too. This staff showed such great customer service skills and were super nice. Just wanted to give a shout out to this store and the staff who was working last night for a GREAT experience. We will be back for sure to this location

Ever notice notice, there are more bad reviews than good? This is my thought. There are employees that are doing double work due to people that sit home and wait for a check. Then we have the employees that NEVER get a kind word from higher ups! Where is the " thanks, you did a great job today". We have to Acknowledge efforts and the good in people even in bad situations. If all employees hear is negativity.do ya think they r gonna work harder? I got great service, friendly Mgr at drive thru, and food at 1 am! I think the people working this shift were great! Glad you were open for my cravings

Fast service and friendly staff. The drive thru is opened late evenings. The food was good!

This is one of the best taco bells i've been to.everything was hot, fresh, and made well!

They didn't have two items we ordered in our bag. And they always forget at least one thing.at least their consistent but for the wrong reasons.

I gave them two chances, both times the Mexican Pizza is so stale and bitter. I don’t know what they be doing and how long those tortillas are expired. Yuck. The chalupa was decent though

The place was clean and the employees were very pleasant. Food was prepared quickly, and nothing was missing.
The lobby was nice and eating inside was pleasant.

Person at the window refused to speak to us. After not giving us our total when we pulled up. I asked for it and he just stared at me. Never spoke, Never gave us our total. How are you working the window AND DONT SPEAK!

Came here on two occasions the first time the order was missing an item and the soda was flat. The second time I went their menu board was outdated and the staff was not so pleasant which is to be expected I guess.

This is the worst taco bell i’ve ever gone to. I’ve given them plenty of chances & this last visit i’ve just had enough. I went there and got a deluxe cravings box, 2 grilled cheese burritos and 2 orders of nacho fries and specifically asked for the nacho fries to be fresh.i get home with my order which is RIGHT around the corner and the whole order went into the trash. Fries were soggy and cold (after i specifically asked for them to be fresh i even WAITED for “fresh fries”), the burritos were limp and poorly put together, and the doritos taco was cracked and stale. I will drive to a further location for taco bell should i ever get it again.

I ate there last night and woke up with food poisoning I called being respectful telling them they might want to let the manager kno & the man tried to talk shut back to me.

Pretty horrible customer service. You do not deserve past minimum wage. Thank you for the bad customer care.

I’ve had no issues, but drive through is always packed. Ordering ahead makes it easier, but still can take a second. Bathrooms clean and decent parking spots.

Completely unable to follow the most basic possible order modifications and just throw smushed soggy food in the bag. Completely wasted my $10
