Taco Bell, Lehigh Acres FL

The bill at the restaurant was about $20 more than what it said it was going to be online before we got there. So I won't be going back to that particular Taco Bell cuz I feel like they ripped me off.

This is the worst taco bell. They don't put ground beef in when the should only refried beans. Cheap. Also terrible customer service.

Stopped by ordered an 8 piece family. Got to the window to pay, asked the male at the window if they do a mix of hot and spicy chicken he said yes. He then asked the female working the front counter if I could have it changed. She said no I already made it. I asked to cancel my order lt. Thank you, but no. 1. The man should have mentioned it at the window 2. The level of customer service needs ATTENTION! I’ll take my service elsewhere.

Only got 1/2 my order. The tacos I did get were wrong and greasy. I normally love Taco Bell but this time was terrible!

This Taco bell cares only about saving money and willing to serve terrible food with almost no meat. Cheesy 5 layer burrito. All beans no beef. Mexican pizza all beans no beef. Steak burrito all rice cheese and beans no steak. I'll never go here again. I'll drive the extra miles to the taco bell by Daniels and I 75. You should ashamed. You make Lehigh look poor.

Representative taking my order made a mistake on my order and stated that made the mistake in a very rude manner

Daniel D should not be allowed to speak to customers the way he does. Calling individuals broke when their card declines is rude and disrespectful. Whether it’s a system error or simply not enough in the account, that vocabulary when speaking to customers is disappointing.

I wish 0 stars was an option for this location. I did a mobil order. Went through the drive thru with one car that pulled up at the box to order behind me. As soon as I got to the window I was told to park, I asked why and a very RUDE employee named Pablo yelled over the shoulder of the girl at the window- because your order is so large. We had 11 items, 6 regular tacos.if this is a really large order what do you do when people order the party pack. I pulled around the building and there was already someone walking out with my order, which shows I didn't need to be parked in the first place. I checked my order and had 5 soft tacos instead of the 6 that were ordered. My daughter ran in to ask for the 6th taco and they wanted the bag brought back in, for which they did not check. I said give me a refund this is ridiculous and was told no, I asked for the number to corporate and was told it was on the back on the receipt. I looked and said no it's not, the same guy Pablo said I'm not giving it to you have a good day. The employees need some customer service training in this location. What is the purpose of doing a pickup order if you have to be parked and wait every time.

Increased their prices a ridiculous amount. Cravings box way 6$, now it’s 9$.

EDIT: They have now increased it again to 13$. The greed of this store is out of control. Do not go here.

The A/C was turned up to the max. Ain't no reason for that! I don't want to carry around a sweater in 90 degree heat!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar at the Taco Bell located on Lee boulevard today May 2nd. Sir, I was in a hurry and didn't know the name of the product that I wanted. You were very nice did not make me feel stupid and extremely professional and efficient. I thank you very much.

I've been to Taco Bell twice recently. The first time I went I ordered a big beef burrito, it was full of rice and sauce had barely any beef in it. The second time I went I thought I'd try their " New" cheesy steak burrito, guess what full of rice and sauce. What the hell taco bell? Where's the beef? Oh that's right it's at Wendy's.

I was told the system was down to come back in 45min when I come back they tell me they're not taking any orders except for doordash then complete ignored me unprofessional

It's a taco bell. The food is what you'd expect for fast food, and the service has been OK. Each time I went they weren't super busy, but also looked under staffed. So, take it for what it is. Oh, how I miss the 90s taco bell.

I love Taco Bell, but this location just isn't good. We've ordered from them a few times, and they've gotten our order wrong several times. Additionally, they're very stingy with the ingredients; imagine getting a taco that's like half empty.
