For the past year or so, this location has had sub-par food quality. Each time, the food had caused me and my family stomach ache and discomfort. Until recently, the quality has gotten so bad that I had to share my experience, hoping that something is done about this.

If you aren't going to actually wait on people, you should probably hae a better system than the cooks yelling at customers to order in the kiosk. Everything isn't available on the kiosk, and the yelling is not only rude, it's humiliating.

Did a mobile order and order said rdy but 20mins later it still wasn’t. Not sure if it’s training and/or poor management but corporate/owner needs to get involved. There was a min of 20 customers waiting for food in that 20-30mins and had only 4 employees. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It’s such a shame to not only be treating your customers with poor service but also your employees get no assistance either. They need more staff or better training on how to service the flow of traffic.

Management is responsible for lack of training on POS system. I was over charged and order was taken incorrectly by employee despite how incredibly simple my order had been. Three tacos of the same variety, nothing special, I was charged for two supreme tacos and a third taco with both chicken and beef. Very confused because my order was read back to me correctly but my receipt said other wise. Please train your staff on what I’m sure is an extremely easy POS system…

Today they messed up our order but, before we can address the concern managers notices and immediately asked and fixed everything. On top of everything. They keep getting better.

I happen to order on the mobile app and accidentally ordered to the Cantina when I went to cancel, They said they couldn’t cancel it and I asked to threw my food out when I called back to ask if they could remake it because I couldn’t cancel the order and had already paid for it, They had no problem remaking my food and did it the same way I had asked before. Thank you James, you are a good person for simple reasons.

Late night customer. This is the worst Taco Bell in the area by far. Go to the University/Dean location instead. The one on Colonial/Alafaya is hit or miss, but usually miss.

Today (7/24/23) me and my partner had a mobile order around 1700-1725. We was met with rudeness as soon as we got to the intercom. I didn't think they could be more ruder until I approach the window. There was two long ladies laughing as we was trying to get our food. We told them we had a problem with our food and they shut the window on us as we tried to explain. A manager later approached the window and starting venting to us about his problems. We tried to explain to him what was wrong with his order and he kept cutting us off. The situation was solved, but could have been solved with a better attitude as well as customer care. I will no longer be eating at this restaurant. We talked to each of them with respect and did not deserve to be mistreated in such a manner. Hopefully this can be corrected, because no customer should have their day uplifted because poor management and employees. As I work and been a manager in a fast food establishment, I know how to treat customers no matter how bad your day is or was.

Super duper odeeeeeee incompetent staff.very disrespectful young lady at the drive thru window.management needs to retrain the night staff because they are giving this franchise a very bad name.

Cool concept. Was not very busy when I went for lunch but it was clean and friendly staff. Food took about the same amount of time as a normal tbell. It feels like the quality of food maybe a bit better but probably the same.

I'd go back, but I use it as a normal tbell. Hits the spot.

I have ordered from here countless times and every time has been a complete disappointment. Speaking as someone who has worked for Taco Bell in the past I know the environment. 70% of the staff are uneducated burnouts that spend most of their time on the clock screwing around and slacking. At the very least making something as simple as a burrito couldn’t possibly be such a challenging task that the people there couldn’t manage it. Taco Bell needs to step it up in terms of employee vetting. Just because they have 2 legs and a pulse doesn’t mean they should be in the kitchen.

When i walked in for my online order the guy behind the counter said i can go to the back and fill up my baja blast freeze myself.i ordered 2 freezes and filled the second one in the back after i finished eating.this guy working there with a manbun yells out to tell me i can’t refill my freeze and if he catches me again i’m getting kicked out.i calmly explained how i ordered two and how one of his coworkers said i could go behind the counter to fill it up, he said okay well i’m warning you and threatened to kick me out again.as a young woman i felt disrespected.wont be returning.horrible customer service.

Horrible experience, I literally came in just minutes ago. I greeted, spoken to nor anything. I went to the front to order. Nothing. So I went to the bathroom And came back, still nothing. A heavyset black woman, white girl, and biracial boy refuses to take my order or just say, we’ll be right with you. After 10 minutes of just standing there, I just left.

Horrible place to dine in or carry out.

I’ve ordered from here quite a few times. I’ve tried at different times of the day too. They’re usually really good at getting the orders right. Even when ordering after midnight they still haven’t messed up. Some of the non-soda drinks can be a little watered down because they put a ton of ice, but they’re typically fine.
