Taco Bell, Arcadia FL

Slow but steady, completed my special request with a smile. Looked like too few working, but i heard no complaints, only a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for my dinner, an out of state guest.

Great restaurant, just service is slow due to several new employees in training. This store is doing ALOT better!

My wife left her wallet, and management let us in early the next day to retrieve it. An honest customer and honest employees got it back to us with several hundred dollars and credit cards all still inside.

Always out of something! Anytime of day, Any day of the week- they are never fully stocked. No lettuce, no taco shells…

not enough staff either. Often closed because of low staffing issues.

Just used the drive through, worker listened took the order and got it right so a win all around.

Waited for a half an hour for a taco and a burrito. So much for fast food! More like super slow mo food. And I got the wrong food to boot.

It's Taco Bell and to be honest the food is not terrible unfortunately the last time I was there the customers before me had an order that came out and everything in the order was cold at the same time I was getting my order and parts of it were missing. The gentleman behind the counter who was making the food had a major major attitude about the situation. He seemed very upset that he had to remake the other customers food. Definitely someone who doesn't seem like they want to be working there and it's just stuck there. Unfortunately it made for a very unpleasant experience.

I Was not greeted at the counter for over 10 minutes and my order was missing at least four items when I got home.

Passing through on Saturday, hours show open at 08: 00 am. Decided to hit them up for breakfast, so I pulled in the parking lot at 07: 55 am. Lights on in the building but no vehicles in the parking lot. Approached the door at 08: 01 am and door was locked, turned around and saw a vehicle pulling in the parking lot, parking and an individual got out and unlocked the door (to the building) and walked in not saying a word. It's kind of hard to open at 08: 00 am, when employees don't show up till after.

I do not recommend this taco bell, they are fucking resisters, I ordered three combos nothing more and after me, 5 American families also arrived and they were served first, so that I waited more than half an hour for them to give me my food, they are very racist, how they saw me as a Latina for that They did not serve me quickly, the other people who were Americans were quickly served and they arrived later, which is not fair to me and also they did not even take my order, I had to do it myself on the computer that is there and they did not even give me the drinks. More rasist It was the old man who was there and the Morena who looked at me Mal and the other boy at least apologized. They also have a mobile delivery table on top of the table that my child dropped and hit me on the back. They are very irresponsible and that is very dangerous.
I do not recommend this place, they are racists where they do not want Latino Hispanics served first to Americans who arrived after I ordered. Five American families arrived after me. They gave them first and I was the one who ordered first and I had to wait more than half an hour for them to give me three food combos it is not fair I will never return here where Latinos are not welcome

Bathroom sink was filthy all the sodas were flat and warm from the lobby. The starry was empty soda water. Grilled cheese burrito was burnt and squished out. Employee had his backpack sitting on the food preparation area. Wouldn't recommend

We received no greeting no one came to take order. Finally ordered on kiosk. No one there to give us cups. Finally took our own. No ice. Drinks tasted awful, poor mix. Did not receive what we ordered. People just walked out finally

Absolutely awful. Still not ok. We love Taco Bell but this one is still the worst. Ordered Saturday night dinner for the family. Gave us a ripped up bag put back together with tape, Soggy tacos, missing $8 burrito in order. It's been a year since I've been here and I will never ever spend a dime here again. 0 out of 5.

Ordered through the drive thru and proceeded to pay for 2 meals. Only came home with one, they completely forgot the Crunchwrap.

This place is constantly out of everything I have gone there since they opened in the beginning it was good but it has gone downhill the food they cook it’s good the problem is they’re always out it seems like who’s ever ordering supplies never orders enough also the maintenance on the place seems to be lacking the outside lighting is always off the sign out back when you order the lights been out on it their computer system seems to be down so all they do is take cash it seems like it’s one thing after another

This place is the biggest joke ever closed all the time rude employee standing in parking lot about 4 or 5 and say they are short staffed just a joke i will not recommend this place to anyone. I will make sure others know as well. Not worthy of even 1 star.

Taco Bell is my family’s favorite fast food restaurant. (In fact my family use to come multiple times during the week) But I can’t figure out what’s wrong with this location. Every time I try to go eat a meal with my family. The dinning room is locked. Or the best yet, last time I was there. The lady working literally tried throwing everyone out of the lobby/dinning room. Saying it was closed. There was already families in there eating. Staff was continuously coming in to work. (While no one was leaving) what does it matter if people are dinning in when they don’t take your order at the counter anyways? And I’ll add the drive through wasn’t as busy either for lunch time. The food, when you’re able to get it. Is great.

Surly staff. Food barely lukewarm. When we mentioned this to an employee, they said they could steam it or grill it for us. No thanks. First and last time for us.

We love their Cheesey Bean & Rice Burrito! We tried one of the new taco pizza and were not impressed. Maybe it would have been better with sour cream and salsa.
