Taco Bell, Crawfordville FL

Food is always great, but staff could be a bit more responsive. We visit often and it seems they don't want to wait on you at the counter. They would rather you order off the machines. I hate those things. UPDATED REVIEW: Taco Bell is going to Keyosk ordering only soon.no personal service. The machines are slow and don't always work correctly. Not a good move for Taco Bell. We will not be eating there much anymore.

This the saddest quesadilla I’ve ever had lol, there wasn’t even enough chicken and cheese to cover the whole tortilla. One section was just tortilla

Can we please get away from the use of kiosks? It's ridiculous to have to take 10 mins to order while 5 employees watch you. Come on now!

The most disorganized taco bell we've ever eaten at. Five people in the back and not one person wants to take your order.they just look at you. You people don't understand that not all people wants to use the self checkout! This makes twice with horrible service.once through the drive when the idiot at the window just quit taking orders after we sat in the long line. Definitely won't be back!

This Taco Bell has been on point! The staff are always friendly, and the food quality is great. We have been super happy with every visit.

Yall used to be alot better. Not sure what happened, whether it's the management, the training, different food supplier. Not picking on this one store, Taco Bell as a whole.

We stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. We finally got tired of waiting and placed it on the self serve tablets. Once we got home with our order everything was wrong. I ordered a burrito supreme and got a plain beef burrito with beans. That’s it. This place is awful.

Locals here. Unfortunately, this taco bell has routinely messed up our orders. It's so routine that we anticipate it coming, and when we don't, we get shorted. I've honestly considered tracking each time we get shorted so I can share a few months worth of poor service to the corporate offices. And yes, we often return to get the order remains, but that's not the point. There are so many days that we're tired and just need simple dinner, and even if you wanted to, you'd wait 30 minutes to get back through to replace what you should've gotten in the first place. The food is generally good, but its always food roulette.

Misty did great taking our order even though it was a complicated and big order. She was patient with us. Alivia, Mikayla, BT and Alex did great in the back preparing it. No issues everything 100% correct. We really appreciated this staff and their hard work after a long day on the water for memorial day weekend!

Window cashier needs to make sure each person is happy and has a receipt and change or bank card back!

I have always loved Taco Bell taco's. But the service was okay. And the lobby is always clean. Like said I love Taco Bell tacos. So as long as there's mild sauce a Bell near bye I am in.

Crew argued in kitchen to where you could hear. Complaining to customers about people calling out of work. Long wait for your order after you've already paid at automated cashier only to have them call out your order by a different name and someone else takes it. They gave the wrong order to someone else in the drivethru as well. Gotta be losing money at this taco hell.so yeah, save yourself the hassle
