Taco Bell, Orlando FL

Got the order complete wrong, covered everything in onions and made us wait forever. Watched four people standing around as one person made the orders. Miserable place

Ordered dinner for the office and my family, the order taker wasn't listening and our order was massively messed up.it took forever for the food to come out and the order was still messed up after trying several times to correct it and items missing that we paid for.there's better taco bells, avoid this one

This place is ridiculous, 2 different visits- the staff is short with you, like you are annoying them. They got the orders wrong both visits. When asked how to use the free item coupon for compensation from last time, "we don't know how do that so you cant use it" what a ridiculous statement and lack of customer service. We try to stay close to the job to avoid wasting our lunch time, but their customer service sucks.

All was good and even though I didn't go to the actual restaurant I always get great service. I had went to a combo store KFC and Taco Bell all in one building but, I only bought chicken.

If been here a few time and every time i get the same experience. The service is so slow it’s sad. No matter when you go and what you order you have to wait at least 20 minutes. Staff will tell you to park and they will bring you your order and the order is either wrong or forgotten about. The staff is polite but they are way over their head poorly trained and not enough of them to maintain any flow in the store.

Multiple bad experiences here. Slow, always seem to be out of ingredients, always missing something in the bag and rude, incompetent employees. The manager is awful obviously because the service, quality and upkeep is terrible every single time. Every time I come, these people tell you to pull around to get your order in the front of the store. Then some confused kid comes out, asking everyone what their order was, trying to place who ordered what. Why TF don't they just serve everyone at the window? Oh that's right, they got sloths for cooks. Smh. EVERYONE needs to be fired and replaced here man. Just go to the Taco bell at 2474 orange Ave, they are almost always on point. This location and the CANTINA location (surprisingly) are the absolute worst in town.

I would review the food higher if they actually gave me what I ordered. And yet they never do get anything right. Told the Drive thru person I wanted two large drink, got to the window and gave us a medium then proceeded to let them know we asked for large drinks and still continued to give us medium drinks. Didn’t realize you could be that slow as to understand English.also asked for TWO cheesy fiesta potatoes. And still only gave us one. They need a new staff because wow it’s just bad. No one cares and no one puts in effort to get an order right. I’ve literally worked in the fast food business. It’s not that hard…

Will go through the drive thru ask you too pull around and forget to make your food. Waited 30 min for my food. If it wasn't for the wonderful woman at the front counter I probably would not have gotten my food.

It was a simple and common experience, there is no gastronomic difference, maybe I'm a little picky, but I've had better snacks and chicken

Affordable, nice music, and fills me up. Staff is nice, and food is always on point. I love taco bell.

Location doesn’t show up on app so I can’t order online and I only eat online exclusives when I eat here. I go in store and wait in line for about 15 minutes (on my lunch break) to be told to go back in the app and try again, kicked out of line and obviously it still wasn’t in app. I walked back up to the lady and said it wasn’t there and she said well that’s all I can tell you and just went to the next person. Terrible service just go to the McDonald’s next door it’s way better.

Was greeted with a smile and friendly service. Hard to come by that now a days in fast food service.

Taco bell is closed over half the time. They close early and I waited 35 minutes the other day for 2 tacos. As for KFC there chicken was old and to top it off was cold. Very poor quality. The only thing nice about that place was the cashier kept in great spirits and stayed with a smile.

Now most fast food places in an area known for its homeless population, this KFC/Taco Bell takes pride in their cleanliness! I was really impressed! The food was great, and the service was on point!

There taco-bell isn’t working anymore their service is lacking so much they need to either hire new good workers or shut the establishment down

Slowest Taco Bell in the area. Rude. They ignore customers in dining area in order to catch up with drive thru. Order is never right. They never put napkins in my bag. Longest wait. Surely it's a training issue. Needs alot of work.
