Taco Bell reviews
19 We visited on 12/18 and ordered a Cravings Box and a Chicken Quesadilla combo for in-store pickup around 3 PM. When I picked up the order, the drink cups were not with it, so I had to ask an employee for them. Despite me trying to be polite, her attitude was poor and did not provide the cups til I pointed them out on the receipt on the bag she handed me.
After getting home, I found that the Cravings Box was missing the Chalupa Supreme and that the chips and nachos reeked of burnt oil and were inedible. I attempted to contact the store to fix the situation and have not heard anything since. I was really excited when this location opened in Freeport, and initially, the service and quality were great, but it's severely declined ever since. Avoid this place at all costs.
One of your employees handed us the bag back and forgot one of my $5.00 Supreme Burritos. I take that as the employees didn't care about our, as customers, food. My wife and I were traveling, and we were between Defuniak Springs, FL, and our destination, Panama City Beach. We were too far away to come back and get the said burrito. Some may say we should have checked our bag. The fact is we shouldn't have to. We are loyal customers in Bowling Green, KY. We have never had this problem. You may have to wait a long time, but at least the food is always right. I am not here to get anyone in trouble, but $5.00 is $5.00. Plus, you can't fix it if you don't know about it.
Happy holidays to you and your staff.
Staff is not friendly. Burritos were not closed on both ends. They just don't care about what they're sending out. Everything was very sloppily put together. Waste of money.
One of the newer and better taco bells in the surrounding areas. Food was on par and very good. Will come back. 4 star on service but they were short handed and took some time before someone noticed 5 people w
alked in, the drive thru girl walked in the back to find someone before we were able to order our food.
If they keep up with employees that know how to work this place can stay in my top taco bell place to eat.
Went to Freeport Taco Bell between 5: 30 and 6: 00 today.
Ordered off the menu. Only to have the same little girl as the time before tell me they don't have that item. When in fact they do. I will give she was new and learning, but it's been 2 weeks now. Do not let incompetent people run the drive thru. I didn't get what I wanted and they charged me $10 per meal. When my whole order should have only been $10.70.and then on top of that asking to round it up. Stopped scamming people with that noise. Train your people. Get rid of the ones that are stealing you blind that are working for you.
I hope you get this corrected quickly.
We went through the drive thru. I was craving tacos. Pulled up, ordered, no problems, our food was ready by the time we got to the windows. I couldn't ask for better service.
Great job!
Bree and the manager were so friendly and great at conversations. Restaurant was clean and prices unbeatable! Bathroom was also clean and well maintained.
Said they were closed when it wasn’t. Manager claimed they closed early on weekends. It’s Thursday. Rude!
Honestly we’re regulars and today was the worst experience we’ve had. The manager is always super sweet, but today we went through the drive thru and there was a new girl we’ve never seen before. She could barely be heard on the speaker so I’m assuming she couldn’t hear us well either. We had a mobile order, and my husband stated that upon pulling up, and she replied with, “for who? ” There’s just a way to go about things and this wasn’t it. Our sauce was left out of the bag, and she ask at the window if we wanted any. So, defeating the purpose of the drive thru, we had to walk inside to get the sauce we originally TYPED in our mobile order form. Again, we usually have a good experience, at least with customer service at this location, but it seems as though the new staff hasn’t been trained on proper customer service as the regular employees have been.
Not the friendliest plus my food wasn't made properly. A few times before the taco meat has been warm, even cold actually when getting a taco supreme. But the restaurant is always clean.
Well this location has suffered something to get this bad in the last few weeks. We all lived through the "we're short staffed" phase during the pandemic. It's time to get back to normal. Staffing challenges don't need to result in missing or incorrect orders. I get I have to wait 20 min for my food, but if you need to take that long. Make sure it's right.
The moldy ice was so disgusting I couldn't finish my drink. Moldy napkins have always been a thing here, but actually consuming it feels like some sort of health code violation.
I know it's Taco Bell, but come on. The beef burrito I ordered with double meat and double cheese was nothing but grease soaked in red sauce. The photo Is after I soaked up 3 napkins worth of grease.
Drive thru was very prompt taking my order. I was served quickly and on my way. The staff was very attentive and friendly!
This is by far the best taco bell I've been to between Niceville & Freeport.
Food is always hot and fresh, they actually give you sufficient meat on your tacos and if there is an issue, they fix it.
This is now the only taco bell I'll go to.
Everyone moves at a snails pace like they don't have a care in the world. When you ask a question they look at you like it's a bother to them to speak to you
The carne asada fries were horrible! Way to much runny cheese. I'm pretty sure the couple peices of meat were not asada
Slow service very little cheese in the cup and hardly no meat or cheese on the Taco's won't be back there
We went thru the drive thru kind of late at night and I think they were about to close but the staff still let us order and we really appreciated it. We were expecting to be turned away because they literally closed in five more minutes. Great friendly staff and the food was just as tasty as ever.
That have you drive around to make its like fast service on there timer at Freeport Florida at night
