Taco Bell, Orlando FL

Came through the drive thru @ 7: 50 am, planning to wait the 10 mins until they opened.
To my surprise, Victor greeted me and asked for my order! Very pleasantly surprised! Great attitude, great food, excellent service!

Sat at the drive thru window on 1-24-24 for 6 minutes, no one came. Went inside; the guy working the back just looked at me. Finally sent a girl to take my order and she said well none of the food is ready. I said how long- she said 5 minutes. This is a food place with no prepared food? I told her I was at the window and she said oh well I was in the office. Told me to wait the 5 min.
This place will be shut down in no time. Customer service is the worst.

They did not give me enough Nacho Fries. They gave me half the amount of what fits in the container.

Drive thru person, Devon, was not pleasant at all. She seemed like a miserable person who didn’t want to be there. Paid $3.58 for 2 beef crunchy tacos with no lettuce. Both tacos had little beef. Not wasting my money here anymore!

I love me some tacobell but this branch makes the mushiest rice. It grosses me out when I get a burrito with rice. It's always mushy. So skip those here. Everything else is pretty good. Sometimes potatoes and cinnamon twist are old.

Employees decide their own hours here. Came around at 10pm, 6 workers just standing outside the stock room just being useless and I'm told at the speaker they aren't taking orders. Isn't the first time this has happened either, any time I go by this location past 7pm it's always the same people just standing around making free money by doing nothing. This place sucks and the Owner/Operator should take control over their franchise. Entitled and pathetic employees.

Depends what are you looking for. I thought that here could be more clean and the employee more educated.

I’m working with Uber eats, today 11/25/2023 I went to get a order and the drive through guy was very rude, it’s a blonde guy I was at 2: 35 AM

The restaurant opens at 8am but no one answered at the drive through around 8: 10am even after I said "hello" many times. I would have left had I not already paid for the meal through the app. I drove to the window, got someone's attention, and was told that I needed to drive back around or park to reset their drive thru time for them. How much work do I need to do to pick up food amd help hide the amount of time they had me actually waiting? There were no other cars in the drive thru so I offered to stay at the window, but the gentleman said that wasn't an option. This isn't the first time I've had difficulty with this location being open during posted hours. Canceled my order and won't go back, at least during breakfast.too many other options available.

I ordered two orders of chicken tacos, paid and was told they where out. I asked for a refund and the cashier was just fumbling around with the computer for a while and said I'd get an email with the refund.when he could of just refunded my credit card.wasted my money and time here.never going there again.don't bother.

They always forget items in the bag. Every time I visit this location is the same Problem. As well as extremely oily nachos and cinnamon twist. All the time is oily and smell like oil. And usually at night they say only cash? Why is that. They now people don’t have cash around

I tried a new taco (new to me). It was delicious.however the girl at the speaker/window was dry. I was asking her questions about the food and she lacked energy.she wasn't rude.just no energy

11: 45 pm just got off work hungry pull-up and they said they were closed, was really disappointed.

The GM Juan Garcia should be fired.he has zero professionalism, and it shows with his staff. I paid for a large drink, and the lady in the drive-through tried to give me a small and said they don’t have large. I paid for a large don’t try to pass off a small. The GM basically said oh well. I just wrote to corporate so let’s see what they say.

Hey mark how Big has to be the crew to prepare 2 tacos and a burrito. The service here is horrible. You Review is a owner Review. Sugestión, Bad service, ask For a refund and walk away. Thats the Best thing You can do to contribute this place go out of business. Compare the service of this place to the one in john youngh Pkwy and u.s. 192.this place sucks. Today the drop over flow the cup. Bad reviews here are true. Think it twice before visit this "taco Bell".

Imagine being told the drive-thru is closed at 345 in the afternoon. Then, not being able to get out of that drive-thru because the car in front of you was somehow able to get food, but they waited 10 minutes for it.

Yikes.

It is so frustrating. I spent 60.00 and items were missing and wrong. Half the time you cannot understand them. They didn't have the boxes shown online. We left the first one because it was a block long line.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Taco Bell location is the absolute worst. Rude & lazy employees, saying they’re closed when they’re just hanging out talking to eachother. Location states that they’re open until 2am but workers always say they’re closed past 10pm.
