This place is awful. Worst Service Ever! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Took 1 and half hours to just take 3 meals.

Great people, and service. Consistency is key, and unfortunately, this location doesn't always have it. Plus, what seems to be a high turnover rate as well may play into the inconsistencies. I hope they can get this figured out.

Everytime Ive ordered from here my food is always messed up in some way, whether it's missing parts of the food or just lacking what I actually ordered, an example is that I ordered three softshell tacos with light cheese and steak substitute and regular lettuce, when I went to eat it there was no lettuce whatsoever

I've been stuck in Taco Bell's drive-thru line for at least 20 minutes with no movement trapped cuz you can't get

This store is terrible. They are constantly out of things and get orders wrong all of the time. Tonight I ordered a #7 Chicken Chalupa meal and subbed chicken for the ground beef in the hard taco. When I got home, I had 2 BEEF chalupas and a beef hard taco. I can understand the taco sometimes not coming out right (not really, but at least it’s not what’s pictured on the menu board), but I cannot understand how a chicken chalupa meal comes out as beef chalupas. Ruined my dinner. They are also very rude here for no reason. I really hope someone from corporate or their management team sees this review. We LOVE Taco Bell, but we will not be going back to this store.

We went through the drive through and had to wait 30 min. I had to get out of the car and knock on the window. Was told how busy they were. Not good customer service. All we wanted was 3 crispy taco supremes. Will not return. 2 cars in line in back of us left the line. This particular location has had issues since opening. No management!

Pulled up at noon on a Sunday and they refused to serve me because they were in the middle of a shift change

Came in with a huge order (non drive through). Manager offered small drinks for the wife and I while we waited. One order was done and leaving with our order, manager caught us in the lot.apparently forgot two items in the bag, and they brought it out before we left.

I can no longer order from them through Door Dash because half the time they only send half of what we ordered. The most basic thing that they should be able to do is to make sure that they are putting all purchased items into the bag. Obviously, management DOES NOT CARE.

This place is a joke. Employee's hangout when not working and scream to working staff to get them there "free food" before paying customers get there's. Management is too scared to do anything to them because they feel they need them. These teens need a wake up call.

App issues again. It won’t let you choose your drink if you buy an online “Box”. When I got it to work I asked for a strawberry cream slushy via app. And when I picked it up I got a strawberry one and they said they never heard of that one from the app?

No one welcomes you in or thanks you on the way out. If you want a cashier prepare to stand and wait until you can call one over. Then the order took 22 minutes from the moment we paid. As we saw car after car leave the drive through lane. When we finally received our order it was incomplete. No apologies from the manager (Tina). I will never be back dine in or drive through. Every single table had a piece of trash on it. Just a complete lack of empathy and poor customer service after waiting so long.

I cannot even rate the service! 35 minutes to get my order and only 2 people ahead of me! Had to complain to the managers who weee busy I terviewibg in the lobby before I got any response at all! One other patron said this was normal and they always have to wait at least 30 minutes! And even worse- the sauces weee not filled so had to ask for sauce, and NO APOLOGY! At all! Never again- you e gotten the last penny from me at this location!

Worst TB I've ever been to.
Once again I've had to pick up an order here and it's not ready, been waiting 15 minutes, the people don't care. Ran out of some food items and drink items.

Waited 45 minutes for a single cravings box (store was nearly empty) didn’t even give me a lid with my filled drink. Ended up with bad
food poisoning and had to call off work.

Please get your staff some help.floors trashed tables dirty trash cans full and 30-40 wait times.
