Taco Bell, Marianna FL

Placed order online and when we got there still sat for a hour and a half and then basically we had to get a little upset before they decided to help us out! Only reason we sat there we are always trying to be understanding of the situation but it was bad. I had already paid for the food also so. And it being said we already got our food I knew if we left we would not have gotten food or our money back. But one of the fellows that works there he did cone through and tried getting us happy but it was to late for all that. He was nice but not our experience.

Horrible. They always get the order wrong or food tastes like it's been under a heat lamp for hours. Yuck. I'm no going back to this location.

Dining room was still closed. Went through drive thru. Was missing some food. The food was fresh and tasty.

Twice we tried to eat here and get turned away because the workers say they're not open despite the we're open signs.

Personally can't stand their food, went because my dad wanted to. He got the taco box and was very disappointed.

Didn't get beef chalups, got chicken instead wasn't asked for a choice, we got number 6 which 2 chalupas and taco.didn't get any tacos no napkins, no sauce.

Decent prices and the quality is what you would expect. Recently disappointed in the reduction of menu items. Hopefully its temporary.

Lunch crew is great. Night crew is terrible. I ordered a crunch wrap without sour cream - FULL of sour cream. The crunch wrap wasnt even put together all the way. It fell apart when I pulled it out of the bag. My beans in my bean burrito were so cold the cheese didn't even melt and I didn't bother with the taco bc the lettuce was wilted.
Whoever is managing the crew at night needs to take some lessons from the lunch crew. It was me and one other car in front of me so they were no even busy.

That being said, the majority of the crew has always been friendly. I don't know if their short staffed or what.

Made an online order to pick up at the drive thru, went to drive thru and verified my order then after picking it up and drive to my next destination to eat I look in the bag and they forgot half of my items, how can you verify an order and the forget half the items?

Do not stop here. 5/13 morning girl rude AF. Worst customer service girl I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting in 45 states of travel. She literally scoffed and rolled her eyes at us. Refused to give me a receipt so I could fill out a survey. Snidely gave me Fire sauce instead of what I asked for just cuz I added an iced coffee onto our order. Gave me a fiesta potato when I asked for a burrito. Asked my order 4 times like she is on drugs or something. She must be the manager’s kid or something. I can’t see any other reason they employ someone with such a negative Nellie attitude in a customer service position.

Food was good, but staff overwhelmed us with loud boisterous laughing and talk among themselves and with one particular guest, like the did not care that anyone else was trying to enjoy a meal! My husband had to take his hearing aids out while we ate!
We will not go back! Noise level was unbearable and we we're at a far corner of the restaurant!

The cashier was friendly but they were out of some of the ingredients that made up their $5 Box so had to pay more than I wanted to. The food was good but took somewhat longer than I thought it should have considering there was nobody ahead of me and there were no special items ordered that might have taken longer to make.

Usually they are so sweet. Today the lady never smiled, did not offer choices with my combo and looked a little angry when I asked if the combo included a drink. Again she decided I wanted a soft drink not coffee with my breakfast. Really? ! She does not need to be at the register! The food was awesome as usual. I love me some Taco bell breakfast.

Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly, even though they were extremely busy. The only downside was the tables needed bussing.

THIS IS THE BEST FREAKIN TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, IGNORE ANYONE WHO SAYS ANY DIFFERENT BECAUSE THIS IS THE TAJ MAHAL OF TACO BELLS, THE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE, THE CRUNCHWRAPS WERE SO CRUNCHY, THE BAJA WAS SO BLASTY, I WAS MOVED TO TEARS BY THE BEAUTY OF THIS FINE RESTAURANT.

Was just there. Hours posted in the window and internet say they're open until midnight. It was 11: 30pm when I got there and they were closed. This isn't he only time this has happened since they changed their hours. It's been that way every time I've gone after 11: 00. If you're going to say you're open until midnight, then damned well BE OPEN.

Tried again a few days later. Not only are they still not open until midnight, they actually blocked the drive through lane so you couldn't get to the intercom. Worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered, and I've lived all over the country.

I love this place more than words can express. Taco Bell is my livelihood and I am so grateful to have it. Every single aspect of this place is perfect. The food, the atmosphere and the music is all splendid. This is without a doubt in my mind the greatest fast food franchise known to man. Thank you for being there for me in all of my many times of need and I appreciate everything you do for me. God Bless Taco Bell (especially this one).:)

A clean store when I visited. They were friendly and got my order right and fast. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell over many others I have been to.

So I ordered a meal deal, I paid then sat down. When they gave me my order I noticed I did not have the chips that come with it. I wen't up and asked for the chips that were missing from my order and am simply told "we ran out" then she turned around and walked away. I already paid for the meal, and they offered to do nothing about fact that they did not give me what I paid for.
After that I would not go back for a while. Made the mistake of trying it again and this time they make my order wrong and the people working were supper rude about it.
