Taco Bell, Winter Park FL

Don’t expect much after all it is a Taco Bell, the service sucked and food was as you expect out of a taco bell.

I didn’t know that a fast food restaurant service can be so slow. Looks like life is full of surprises.

Taco bell lost a lot of luster when they stripped their menu. But if you don't mind doubling the price with add ons you can make the 2021 Taco Bell more palatable

Had to go inside to order because drive thru was not work.then took about 10 min to make 6 tacos.service was SLOW

Dont order here if you have allergies. Ordered meal once, pulled out and checked order.
They gave me the wrong order with no receipt. This order had ingredients I was allergic to so I pulled around again. They refused to help me without receipt even though I was just in line and still had the same food they just gave me. So I ordered my meal again and they gave me the wrong order again and charged me more. Worst service.

Use to love Taco Bell but now quality is hit or miss. Too many good taco places now to go to so im avoiding Taco Bell. At least until I hear they have fixed quality issue.

Guest serves sucks. Went thru drive thru and got my order wrong twice.how is that possible.thank for Ruining the one time a year I eat taco bell.

I hit the drive through every so often for 2 burrito supreme's and a Dr Pepper. The food is good, staff is nice, and service is usually quick with an occasional wait.

Garbage night crew. The girl at the window on 5/25 should be fired. And the guy who I imagine was the cook or manager should get some training as well.

This was the dirtiest Taco Bell I have been in lately. The booths were nasty with food, dust and greasy finger prints. The food was normal Taco Bell fair so it was tasty.

Incorrect orders, charging for food not received and rude employees. Everything that can be bad about customer service was here at this Winter Park location. After calling the store trying to get a problem resolved I was called “sweetheart “ and told they were too busy to talk to me and then I was hung up on. I can dispute the charge on my credit card but the rude and offensive employees need to go. My kids heard the whole thing (I had it on speaker phone not expecting to be treated like that). Taco Bell should be ashamed and these employees should get a lesson in work ethic, respect and kindness.

I've never had a great experience at this Taco Bell, there's ALWAYS something wrong with the order or they're out of certain ingredients.like how are you out of lettuce and tomato? Yet they never offer any refunds and there's TERRIBLE costumer service. Wish I could give 0 stars

If you go to Taco Bell, you know what kind of food you're getting, inexpensive Mexican-ish food that may or may not make you violently ill. That being said, this is a great Taco Bell, I went in during Friday rush hour and they got my order exactly right, and it was delicious. What more do you want.

It's a fast food Americanized Mexican food drive through as well as indoor seating.that is situated nationwide. The food is consistent

I tried their new nacho fries. I like them. But I need to cut out the fatty foods that I consume. So I might eat them every onçe and a while.

Great food at a great price love the breakfast grillers only a $1.00 hell yeah wish the lunch grillers where a $1.00 its the same thing should be a freaking dollar taco bell hope you see this make the freaking lunch griller $1.00

The good, inexpensive food and quick service is a worthy trade off for the havoc it wreaks on your stomach. 4/5 would destroy my intestines again

It is 7: 05p.m, Sunday December 3rd. I walked in, one employee walks by the register, mumbles i cant help you, grabs his/her (ambiguous) drink and goes on break. Somebody in the back looks ar me says nothing and i continue to stand there. I walked out without anything. Would hsve stayed if i st least got a "he give us a second".

Food was terrible and service was even worse! Drinks already made and watered down, staff has no customer service whatsoever! To top it off food was OLD and REHEATED! The bread was so damn crunchy I felt like I bit a chip. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
