Taco Bell, Lantana FL

Why is it that when one goes to any taco bell to eat you have to go to the bathroom soon after?

My husband and I got the 12 pack tacos. There is hardley any meat or lettuce and no tomato! This is very poor quality! No I don't expect them to loom like the pictures but I do expect more than a taco shell!

They got the order correctly but it is a bit weird that they stopped letting people come inside, but the still let people order through the drive through.

Slow, always forgetting orders. Wouldn't recommend this location if you were actually looking for "fast" food.

Food was not properly wrapped. Opened the bag and a taco wrapper was at the top of the bag but the taco was at the bottom with everything falling out like they were in a rush and just threw our food in the bag from a 3 point range

This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! I got a spicy potato taco & the potato was hard as ever.they were rocks. The staff was loud & rude. They were sitting in there laughing while I took my order. This was around 10pm on a Sunday night. All my food were either weirdly crunchy or weirdly soft. Idk who owns this place but they need so many new employees. If I get food poisoning they will be hearing from me. SAVE A TRIP THIS PLACE SUCKS!

The least important thing to go on here is to feed and serve customers within a reasonable duration

The cashier erlens A. Was very professional and polite with a smile plus greeting was made. He learns his customers and his knowledge of the menu Is very good. I was thinking of a item that I ordered before but couldn't remember it so he was able to help me out due to his great work ethic and customer service skills. I come here alot and he's always almost always there. He remains Doing a great job each time I've been there. He also greeted and gave the same professional experience to customers after me that was in line while I was waiting for me order and observed him plus took notice of him. I highly recommend this location to others to eat as well. I look forward to eating here again soon. Plus I highly recommend this cashier Erlens A.to have advancemt opportunity in future my observations has notice he deserves it and would do good on it. Thanks again and I'll be back to eat soon.

Got food poisoning after eating at this taco bell. One of the worst days of my life. Thanks Taco Bell!

Customer service was very mediocre. I had to wait nearly 16 minutes in line just to put in an order. There was no apology nor was there eating response to why I had to wait so long just to put in a order and to receive it. Just poor customer service I guess Taco Bell stop doing "fast food" service at that location

This one is hit and miss. Went here last night. I still go here every now and then but I definitely heard the guy that made the Pepsi say to the guy that handed it to me that he thought there was something wrong with it. I should have just handed it back and got something else. Ended up getting home and sure enough it was all watered down and the Pepsi thing needed to be changed in the machine. Oh well.

Went thru the drive thru, employee at the drive thru was rude, and told me on 12pk tacos, I cant choose my tacos And I have to come in side for special orders. Doesn't matter weather I order inside or out. I should be able to choose what I want on my tacos.or any order. I'm paying for it, what has happened to customer service. I' was there to be serviced, not to be told, I cant have tacos with no lettuce, and some hard or soft. Really. How hard was that order.

I mean, this is Taco Bell. They do a good job of delivering Taco Bell in all its Glory. I like Taco Bell or I would not eat there

Always miserable and rude workers even when you try to be so nice to them. Never get my order right. So make sure you check!

Horrible service. Whoever worked the drive through on 9/5/2018 at around 7 pm needs to learn some manners yet alone customer service. SHE treated everyone that came through as if we/they were bothering her on her job. Please hire people that has at least a little bit of knowledge of what proper behavior and how it should be displayed.

Better than average Taco Bell. Service is usually fast, except during late night rush hour. Food is usually prepared as ordered 98% of the time. No major issues in last 50 visits.

They forgot our napkins no straws for the drinks and food is mediocre at best, sad really I used to like taco bell back in the day

This Taco Bell has sub-standard food preparation. It may seem that in 2018 the product qiality has gotten a bit better so I upped the post to two starts. If I can get them to make a shredded chicken burrito properly it would be great.

We waited 30minutes in a literal empty taco bell and they forgot half our order. When my friend went up to tell them they forgot his food and the chick just walk right passed him ignoring him. They need a stronger morning manager.
