If I could give 0 stars. I honestly would. I was very unsatisfied with my “couples massage” experience that I booked. It was suppose to be a relaxing full body massage but the man who helped me didn’t speak english well and as clients we suffered from this error. When we arrived they brought us into the full body room (which we got undressed) and then told us we are suppose to be in another room for a foot massage that I did not book! This was a very uncomfortable experience for my partner and I and there was no resolution! Just an repetitive apology and kept on saying “Next Time. Next Time”. Uhm.there will be no “Next Time”. They told me to not book on Groupon so I agreed to pay in person and they still got it wrong. I spent $145 on an experience I did not go in for. Do not recommend! Very unorganized and provides a scattering and unprofessional service.

Great work. Very nice people to speak with. My fiance and I went on a Sunday after a long week of work and we are RELIEVED that we did. We'll worth each and every minute!

Tony gave a phenomenal 30-minute relaxation massage. I had no expectations but he was very professional and efficiently addressed all pain points in my full back, neck, arms, butt, and legs. I'll come back here if I ever travel back to Tampa.

Avoid cuping, lady has no idea what she is doing, if i didn’t stop her it could finish in hospital.

Found this place through Groupon which they accept only on Monday through Thursday no matter which one you purchase. Prices seem cheaper when you buy directly there so I didn't buy the Groupon. They recommend making an appointment if going on the weekend because that's their busy time period. I called around 4pm on Saturday and made a 5pm appointment, but because I arrived 15 minutes late they didn't have another spot until 30 minutes later. Another reviewer mentioned having a hard time understanding the English spoken here and I have to agree when I called them over the phone, but this improves when speaking in-person. There is a sofa you can sit on to wait in the quiet waiting area and a bathroom that you can use. As we waited we were offered small bottles of water as well as the bananas that were sitting on the console table which was very friendly. After 25 minutes I was taken into a serene, quiet room of 6 bed/chairs of which 3 were occupied. The sound of running water and gentle instrumental music can be heard in the background as relaxing, white noise. I was there for a 30 min foot massage which starts with soaking your feet in warm water. My masseuse was a middle age Asian man. I was told to lie back in an almost prone position and a blanket was laid on my upper body. After asking for permission he massaged my head and shoulders. After that my feet were taken out of the water, dried, and the foot massage begins with a lower leg and calf massage. As he massaged my feet I couldn't help but think how tiring his job must be. As we near finale he cracked each of my toe knuckles which was interesting as I didn't even know toes could crack! He also did some weird shiatsu like massage on my pelvic area and stretched my legs yoga style to finalize the foot massage. That was weird. I'm used to foot massages consisting of acupoint acupressures so this type of foot massage is 4 stars for me but the nice hospitality and environment deserves an extra star. At pay time he pointed at a sheet that shows different prices for people paying cash versus credit card payments. Example: 30 min foot massage is $30 cash or $32 credit card. Overall it was a good experience.

I absolutely love this place.i go for their combo massages but no matter what i get, they always do a great job.i can usually walk in anytime and get a massage and it’s open late! I can’t say enough good things!

I honestly Had the greatest massage of my life. The details of the massage was on point. Tony was the name of the masseuse.

Always leary of any massage parlor that doesn't have you fill out any paperwork or ask about areas of concern or if you've had injury/surgery areas you don't want worked on. Came out hurting in several areas after stopping massage a few times from being too way much pressure.

Horrible customer service horrible they rush you in and expect a tip the foot massage could have been done by a child no relief

I went for a 1 hour foot massage, and I was impressed! The pressure was deep (as requested) and the staff were kind. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I’ll be back.

This place was awful. The guy walked out for a few minutes and never apologized. After the massage he definitely asked for a tip. I paid for the massage and was going in my purse to get my tip money and when he asked for a tip I just walk out. I will never go back again. If they insist on tip not a business to support.

This was my second time getting reflexology (foot massage) here and just like the first time, my experience was bad. I went back to give it another shot because I had so much tension in my feet. My reflexology was poorly done both times, but even worse the second time. I called to make an appointment for a 60 min reflexology session and requested a “firm or hard” foot massage. The woman who answered the phone barely spoke English, but seemed to understand what I meant by “hard” and she said “yes, strong. ” I assumed she understood me and would make sure my massage guy would provide a firm session as requested. I was wrong! When I arrived, I even politely asked the the “reflexologist”/massage guy to give me a firm massage before we started the session, but he clearly spoke no English and did not. He massaged me as if I was a baby. No firm pressure whatsoever. It was as if he just lazily rubbed my feet and did not hit any pressure points. He mostly rubbed my ankles and lower legs over and over again. He had no idea what he was doing. He was also strangely groaning and coughing throughout the entire session making it difficult to relax. It was probably the worst reflexology session I ever had. I left that place with the same tension I walked in with, with added frustration. To make matters worse, I was forced to leave a $10 tip for a bad $40 massage after asking them to break a $20 with a $10, $5 and singles. I was going to leave him $8 which is still 20% for a bad massage. They instead slickly gave me two $10’s with shocked faces. By “them”, I am referring to the woman I spoke with on the phone and the guy who gave the massage who BOTH stood at the counter expecting me to leave a $10 tip. I will not be returning!

I had no appointment scheduled yet they were able to fit my Mom in within 30 minutes of my call. She went in tired and achey and came out with a pep in her step. She throughout enjoyed her first experience. They treated her with the Reflexology foot massage which helped her feet feel stimulated. Highly recommend! Thank you for making my Mom feel AWESOME for the rest of the day!
