She needed medicine urgently and my mom brought her on time on a Thursday and they told her that she would be in Sto Dgo on Tuesday. On Tuesday I called the Miami branch and spoke to two ladies, with very bad attitudes, who told me that I needed to have a reference number to get any information about my package!? ! They made me call Santo Domingo and they couldn't tell me anything and that I had to call Miami again. I called Santo Domingo three times and twice, a total of five calls until finally the supposed manager in Miami wanted to look for my information and discovered that the person who treated my mother put the package in the account from someone else! If I didn't see the call and continue to persist, I still won't receive my medicine. The lady from Miami admitted that it was a mistake but never apologized, ever! And I told him and anyway he had an air and even tried to throw the cupla at my mom. In Santo Domingo the people were very kind, although I didn't like that I live in the east and I had to go to February 27 to pick up the medicine, the next day one day late and I was already sick because I didn't have the medicine, so urgently My mom drove from Kendall to NW to deliver it personally. It's sad because it was my first and last time that I used it because if that was the first time and no apology, what about the second etc. I hope someone talks to the pesky ones at the Miami branch and trains them to give them better service to the customer that we are what bring them the money they are paid. I would also like my apology because I had a very bad time that week, due to someone else's mistake.

Disgusting experience had to call the police in Punta Cana because of threats that they are from the bronx and would not release our packages after spending more than $5000 on this service. The office is Los Corales should be shut as they loose parcels and make threats.
