Taino's Bakery & Deli (Kissimmee BVL)

The cashier Idalmis Santiesteban, very good service, the food was very delicious, everything was excellent.

It took more than 20 mins to get my sandwich and a cup of coffee. They need to work on getting the food out faster. Other than that the food is amazing the lady that gave me my order was amazing as well. She works fast but receiving the food from the cook slows her down.

Carolina is a very good person, she gives very good service, I feel very comfortable every day and she makes the best cappuccino.

Marluan, Carolina and Idalmis gave me a good experience, I would return 3000 times, highly recommended

I figured all Taino’s were created equal and I was wrong. Zero customer service, more worries about their phones. I guess that’s why I received a cheeseburger that looked like charcoal. Not just the meat even the bun was burned! I can’t believe they felt it was ok to serve someone this. It’s obvious they don’t care.

I came in the day before the line was endless and dint move so I left. I figured I'd try to come in when I had more time so I placed my order and waited 1/2 hr. The chef came out with his dirty gloves to bring out oranges for the machine. The food was terrible and the service was too

Good morning, I go every morning to get my coffee and my toast and Carolina is the one who almost always serves me, very kind, very attentive to the order, everything very good, the best

I've been waiting for our order for more than 30 minutes. The Ham came overcooked and rubbery. We also ordered croquettes and they were not ready. Complete disappointment, they do not have the quality or service of Tainos de Orlando. Tainos Kissimmee terrible service. They just gave me my food and the croquettes look like they were picked up at Tainos in Orlando.

There is a wide variety of options on the menu for breakfasts, lunches, and desserts! The restaurant employees are very friendly and serviceable (especially Isa, Idermeliz, and Jimena). I love ordering breakfast for my house and eating a good sobao sandwich with completely melted papa cheese and sweet oatmeal to share with my family.:)
