Taj Mahal Masala, Vero Beach FL

We have ordered take out from Taj Mahal Masala several times. The food is always tasty and well-prepared. On our computer, we keep a list of the dishes we have ordered to make it easy to order them again the next time. I forgot their names, but we really love the rice dish with the misc items in it, and the cheese curds (?) in sauce. So good over the white rice. Delicious!

Overpriced, especially for what you get. My shrimp dish had like 4 shrimp in sauce with rice and was $20.

I tried this place for the first time tonight. I called it in from work, and the gentleman who took my order was great. He REALLY wanted make sure I actually wanted my vindaloo spicy. I assured him that I have allergies and desperately needed some vindaloo and spicy aloo saag. The naan was fluffy and delicious, the vindaloo is an absolute banger, and the aloo saag is probably my favorite thing on earth. I'm happy, my sinuses are happy, and they even gave me a free mango as I was leaving. I am sweating right now. If you ask for spicy food, that's exactly what you'll get. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. They had some great vegetarian options too.

Really pleased with the food! I wanted to eat more nutritious, “home style” meals (without having to cook), and this place definitely hit the spot! Super yummy and flavorful, they were also fast and friendly with the service =) Thank you!

I had takeout on Wednesday. It was great as usual. Medium is a bit too mild for my taste. I was very happy with the "American hot" Chicken Dostana that I had. Great flavor with just enough heat.

At the end of the day, this restaurant is great. Great food and great customer service. However…

The last two times I have ordered food from here has been just slightly disappointing.

I always get the chicken tikka masala. It’s so flavorful and the chicken is cooked perfectly. My complaint about this dish is that… you are paying $20+ for this dish and it isn’t justifiable. The last two times I have ordered it, I’ve had the same issue. There is hardly any sauce; just enough to lightly cover the chicken. It BARELY fills 1/3 of the container it is sent in. The first time I figured maybe it was just an oversight. Now the second time… I don’t feel that $20 is an appropriate amount to charge for what you get.

Everything else was amazing. Even the little bit of chicken tikka I received was delicious. The price point just doesn’t fit the serving.

The naan was delicious as well as the the samosas and bhujiah.

Delicious and authentic Indian food made by some very nice people. We generally get chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, and some veg curry. Everything's very good. Unfortunately, they have been short staffed since the pandemic and now only do take out. Be patient, it's worth it. Word of warning: "Indian hot" is extreme.

The plants inside are lovely and the staff was nice. But the food wasn't very good for the price. The chicken tikka masala was mediocre and there was not enough food in the shrimp tandoori for $20. It's also a bummer that you cannot eat there, we had to take our food to a park to eat it-which was kind of a mess.

Tried ordering food the person taking my order didn’t like me using Hindi language he said use English than he said he don’t care for my order he has so many costmer good luck with your business so all the Indian guys be careful not to use Hindi.

Wow ordered carry out for dinner tonight over the phone. They make it easy by using item numbers incase, like me, you stumble on some pronunciations. We got some usual favorites as well as trying something new. Everything was flavorful, hot in temperature, but perfect amount of heat in spice. My toddler loves this food just as much as we do. Will definitely order again.
