I would totally recommend, Take Care Moving to anyone looking to relocate. My experience with them was great- the staff was very pleasant, capable and professional.

Decent moving service however:

- They charged me $12 for a mattress bag after Ashley told me 3 times over the phone it was included in the estimate.
- They refused to accept Venmo as payment even though the signed contract says they do. I didn’t have cash so I was forced to download and set up the Cash app. Which by the way is a nightmare to now delete even though Nate told me “you can delete it as soon as you pay us”.
- They showed up 25 minutes early without a heads up phone call.

I have had Nate and Bill and Nate and Rufus move us on 2 separate occasions. Thorough, quick, cautious and punctual. They came back at a moment’s notice. Did I mention STRONG? ! Thanks guys on two jobs very well done

Bill and Nate came out at the last minute on a Sunday to help me out with an emergency moving crisis and got everything taken care of for me and did an awesome job so I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a moving company!

These guys showed up at the last minute and honestly they probably done the better job that I've ever seen before they're quick and on time and very efficient.ask for Rufus and nate.

Bill and Nate were fantastic to work with. They really know what they’re doing. We moved from a 3 bedroom house. They professionally wrapped every piece of furniture and loaded every square inch of the 26’ box truck. Nothing was damaged in the move…which is a testament of how careful they were. They were extremely courteous and a pleasure to do business with.

I would not hesitate one second in using them again. They were that good!

Nate, Bill and John were very good, emptied out 26ft U-Haul very fast and were good at moving very large vintage furniture up our tiny apartment stairs, they went above and beyond coming to help us late into the evening with moving and then early in the morning a day later, girl on the phone was good at answering the phone

This business is owned by Nate and his gf, Ashley. Therefore ALL payments are cash except initial $25 deposit. $500 for the first 3 hours at minimum and a $100 every hour afterwards. Seemed fairly efficient in the beginning but as the move went along things took a turn for the worse. Once I got to my new address that's when they claimed they needed $500 in cash for the minimum before they would remove ANYTHING from the truck. This was not mentioned over the phone nor in the agreement that was sent to me. Considering that my husband then had to go to the bank to withdraw cash we wasted 25 minutes waiting for him to go to the bank and come back to give Nate the set amount. Once that was taken care of Nate then proceeded to attempt to collect one another $100 for an hour that was not even used. If he wanted the additional amount for the 15 minutes that they actually did use, he could have used that for the 25 minutes that I had to wait to go get the cash because Ashley did not properly disclose that during the intake of the move. A quarter of my things were still left in my old apartment and a display piece was broken, pushed to the side and was never going to be mentioned to me until the maintenance man came up to my apartment and told me. I was hoping to be able to refer them to a friend but after this I've changed my mind. I would say be very wary of using this compand definitely make sure that you provide every little piece that is expected to be on the track. In addition I don't even think they use the 26 foot truck that was promised. Other moves have taken all of my furniture in one trip. My walls were marked up from furniture and there were scratched pieces after I started putting things away. Not only were they tipped, I'm the type of person that went and bought them a bottle of gin and a bottle of vodka for their hard work.

Poor services and the girl name Ashly who answer the phone she don’t know what she’d doing. The qoute that they send is not what you expected. After the moved when we check our furnitures there’s a lot of scratches and our mattress cover has an hole on it already. The side wall of our house has scratches because of the moving furniture that they did. I don’t recommend this company. They need to train their employees!

This team is AMAZING! They were super flexible with my schedule, on time and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with the variety of services they offer. I truly can't say enough nice things about my experience. Thank you all so much!

What a nightmare this company was, charged douple for moving, got into a screaming match about my stuff, they held it hostage until i signed the invoice for double what they quoted me, they were cussing at me and the office girl Ashley was throwing my boxes around and also brought her 5 year old daughter to the move. The mover was in 1st greer the whole time, until he got mad and speed up, the 2nd mover never showed up, Dont use this company!
I would like to respond to the owner if he or she can call me as to this problem becouse I cant seam to find the owners name ot number just the movers Nathan & Ashleys numbers are public. Why is that? Humm
