Dr. Beaty has been my neurosurgeon since it was discovered that I have an anterior communicating aneurysm. Today was a follow up appointment after a diagnostic angiogram. I’m so fortunate to have Dr. Beaty in my corner. He’s an excellent doctor; very patient, good communicator and wonderful personality. I’ll be having treatment next year for my aneurysm and I feel very confident in Dr. Beaty and his care.

Mrs. Brooks is the best, she's very easy to talk to, always ready to help answer my questions, and she treats me with respect!

Abby showed great care and concern for my husband and took time to talk and discuss things and evaluated him. She was very professional and showed her concern for his well bieng

She is always professional and makes sure she takes the time to listen to what I'm explaining to her.

Complete experience from appointment set to check out very efficient and friendly. Dr. Beaty is a superstar who showed me my scans, explained my condition, answered my questions, and even helped solve an unrelated condition for me. He is what all doctors should aspire to be.

I like my surgeon so far, have not had the surgery yet but he seems to be well awarded and has good bedside manner.

The office staff leaves much to be desired. I've called multiple times to get questions answered and have gotten the voicemail, no call back, or a promise of a call back with no call back.

I guess I'll just be in the dark about my questions regarding my surgery that is in two business days.

Dr. Beaty is amazing. From the day he was called in the ER for a consult, he has been amazing! A surgeon that remembers me and can recall my case, says a lot. I really appreciate him and his staff.

This office has terrible front desk staff, I have been calling for a week now, left multiple messages and still no call back.

I’m grateful the doctor saved my life (Mathew Lawson) but they are not professional, the NP Rachel Monroe isn’t professional either, and she’s the one that told me I could live in a helmet, knowing she couldn’t do it.they never answer the phone, and everything is only about the money. They informed me I could live in a helmet and told me they needed a more clear CT and after weeks of phone tag they finally said they couldn’t get my insurance to approve a CT, so I called and asked for a cash price, I never got a price but I got a voicemail informing me they’ve sent all my stuff to another neurosurgeon that takes my insurance (again, they only care about your money, not your life) I have hydrocephalus and the fluid on my brain is getting worse by the day and they know that. Its a sad world we live in, some mechanics won’t even touch a vehicle after another mechanic has already worked on it but a neurosurgeon that takes out part of your skull will pawn you off on another surgeon to finish the job they started. Sad world we live in the doctor became a doctor for all the wrong reasons, they called me weeks before my appointment and week after week assuring I would be making a payment. So my follow up visit, I paid in full plus some, they’re jokes, they don’t care about us, only money

Waiting time was sufficient. I have three doctors there whom are great. My doctor's listen to me, give input or suggestions that are helpful to my injury or care.

You should never post when your emotions are running high.

After waiting 4 days for a call back from the office regarding the results of my tests, I tried reaching a human. The only option that worked was the extension for "replying to their call". I will admit that I was at that point not happy, and took it out a bit on the person who did answer. But their initial response was inappropriate, including just transferring the call without notice.

On the positive side, making the initial appointment was fine. Finding their office was okay, though a bit tricky. It was not a long wait and both the nurse and doctor were pleasant, especially the doctor. And though this time I have had a long wait for a call back, an early voicemail was returned that same day.

It is a shame that such a positive start has ended so poorly.

Got there 20 minutes early because we live 45 minutes away and weren't sure how traffic would be. Waited 45 minutes past my appt time with no one letting me know what the hold up was. Poor communication and being that I use the VA Community care, the records haven't been sent over to the VA.

Community care, PCP and I have all called and left voicemails for the records. My appt was 2/10 and here we are 3/14 with no records sent over to my VA doc. People say the VA is bad, they're better than this clinic.

Getting to the clinic is a whole issue itself, it's like a maze. Finding the parking garage, going to a level and taking elevators after walking through another floor. GPS will take you to the ER area and you're on your own to find out where exactly the parking garage is if you've never been to TMH.

Dr was pretty good and takes his time explaining

I had an appointment with this clinic at 11: 00 am. I work for a middle school, and as such I have a legal obligation to protect the children during an emergency situation. There were two tornadoes several miles off campus today which spurred multiple lockdowns. I attempted to call and explain the circumstances of my situation, but I was never able to reach a live person, only voice-mail, which is useless when you have 12 minutes between calling and arriving. I miraculously was able to arrive only twenty minutes late after the lock down was lifted. I understand that after ten minutes the appointment is marked as, "No show" and I don't blame them for doing this. I explained myself and why I was late. My spot was already given to someone else, and no staff was able to see me today. I then explained that working for a school means that my hours are precious, and taking time off means not assisting teachers, admin, staff and students. I am the only person at my school capable of handling many pieces of sensitive material, which means my presence is imperative most days. I was then told that I would not be seen today and to reschedule for another day this week. I have already taken time off work to come for this appointment, and am now expected to take more time away from my work due to something outside of my control. The hours of operation at this clinic is 8: 00 to 3: 00 Mon. - Fri, my work hours are 7: 45 to 3: 45 Mon. - Fri. I am severely disappointed by the way this was handled, and hope that this clinic takes steps to change its approach to emergency situations like this one. If I was able to contact them during the timeframe in which I needed a live representative, then I could explain that I would be late but not a "No show". That way they wouldn't have given my spot to another patient.

If I am contacted with an amendment to the policies surrounding emergencies such as this one, then I will gladly take this review down.

Thank you

I think they could do better with the front office staff. Some of them are very rude to the patients. They need to understand they work in a neurologist office and take that in to consideration. The Dr. Are very understanding as are the ARNP.
