This Marine service is EXCELLENT as far as the quality of their work and knowledge. Problem is, if you get an A/C package installed and pay the premium price we all know we are going to pay in boating, you better plan on waiting for a service call. The receptionist told us the service person was “months out” on a service call for the A/C THEY installed? When my husband asked the receptionist who answers the phones to ask the owner at least give him a quick call so he could try and troubleshoot the system until they could get here, NOPE! No time for a call even to a current client? What? Did I mention we are live aboards? So lingering heat in the upper 90’s prompted us to call Marine Customs Solutions and the owner, Kenny, whole extremely busy, managed to squeeze out an hour and troubleshoot our system and get us back with A/C. I’m not sure that the owner of Talleys even knows about this as we could never get through past “ the guard” at the front desk. Everyone understands that people are busy, but usually you try to service people that have spent thousands of dollars with you in the recent past and are having problems with equipment this very company installed. Just saying.
