5 STARS all the way. My mother's experience at the facility was a great experience. The staff is very caring and considerate. They treated my mom as a member of the family with care. All they asked for was communication. If there were any concerns, I mentioned it to the nursing staff, and it was resolved. This facility's team (Admissions, Nursing, Rehab, Social Service, Activities, Housekeeping, and Maintenance) works hard and tries their best to ensure the patients and their families have a great experience. It is a challenge to entrust strangers with your loved ones, and with having to do so. I would select Tamarac Rehab. Thank you to the rehab team, who was patient, encouraging, and providing the best therapy. To the Nursing Staff, Thank you! To the entire team. Thank you! I recommend this facility to anyone that needs rehabilitation, respite care or nursing care, etc.

The staff is polite and helpful and always responds to my sister’s needs in a timely manner.
My sister said she is comfortable and happy at Tamarac Rehabilitate.
Thank you.

My mom is receiving very good care at Tamarac rehab facility for her right broken hip she broke on Mother’s Day of 2022. She is going to go through a slow Rehabilitation process and will need lots of therapy before she can return to assisted living apartment but I’m confident The staff at Tamarac rehab facility can get her on our way

I do not recommend this facility! They do not have enough employees to meet the demand of this facility! My father is here, and nursers do not give him his eye drops on time at night or sometimes at all so that he can see better the next day due to his glaucoma. Some days they will let their patients sit in their urine ALL DAY without being changed.my dad has missed therapy due to staff not coming in to give him a bath and dress him (because he can't do it himself). They also need staff who are loving and caring half of them are so rude and do not know how to speak to people! I am searching for the owners email address or contact info. If you have any contact info please let me know! I no longer want to speak with the staff at the facility!

My Mother Elfreda Alie has been at this facility for over 3 years. The staff is very attentive, caring and passionate. I visit this facility every week so I see the care render to my Mom. If I could give more than five stars I would because they are worth it!

Tamarac rehab is an amazing facility. The staff is very busy but they clearly care about their job and their patients. I am impressed with the integrity of the staff members. Tamarac cares!

Do not ever leave your loved ones in the hands of tamarack rehab. They do not separate physical rehab patients and long term care patients. My husband went there after a hip replaceme. His roommate screamed all night and kept the TV on with max vol. In the AM he had a diaper on and was asked to wear a surgical mask while he was sleeping and he has sleep apnea! Don't put your loved ones health at risk. My husb was out of there that morning.

It is been one week since I was discharged from Tamarack rehab. My experience was almost exceptional. My only issue was that the nutritionist and kitchen staff need to be more attentive to the offerings of their patients. The nursing staff and CNAs caring for the patients are beyond to me the best. As I was completely bedbound my CNA‘s, Rosie Edmond Fay Facey, Angela Gayle and my Marsha Marsha Marsha, you know who you are cared for me as if I was there baby child. They were kind and gentle and always made me feel comfortable under my extremely trying circumstances. I wish you all the best and I want everyone to know that when you are in these circumstances I hope you have women who were as gentle and kind as they all were. Miss Yvonne the Director of nursing keep up your fabulous work. I don’t want to miss all the administrative stuff as well as Rand and Josh who are my therapists and I’ve helped me so much. I would hope that the Director of dietary will take my advice that I had given her while I was there. Please be more aware of the patients in their capabilities so that they can make informed decisions on their nutrition as well as your input.

My husband and I came on October 12th, 2021. To visit my husband's dad Alex Rosario. We originally had an appointment at 3pm. As the day progressed we were told we had a courtesy visit and now not need an appointment. We were so glad! We made the trip from Naples Florida. We notified our family in Ft. Lauderdale. My husband's mom, sister and her husband arrived. We all took our turns seeing him. The staff from that shift were so kind and courteous. From checking in we were greeted very nicely. We were escorted to the room where our dad was. A gentleman who was a director came greeted us. We asked for an extra chair from the check in person. But he came and brought us a chair. He offered to put the A/C on because it was warm, and offered us some water. He was so nice as well. Sorry but I didn't remember everyone's name. Then we had a nurse come in and I asked for help to reposition our dad. They came and helped him. Then tried to get him to wake up and eat. The dancing nurse was so cute. She got him to wake up rub his hands to get blood flow. He perked up. And soon was eating. The staff were kind and did their job very well while we were there and we had a good experience. Thank you all again.

I have been both a patient and visitor at Tamarac
so I know the high quality of care this facility can
provide. It is affected by COVID-19 and this staff
does a difficult job impeded by CDC rules, and
they do so well. The high standard of care and
caring is still there The staff is extremely busy
which sometimes makes it hard for loving
visitors to aquire needed details of care for the
patient they are visiting. But the staff does the
very best they can and they should be commended and appreciated. This is the third
time my husband and I have called on Tamarac
for help and the high quality of care is still
there! I ran into a nurse, Sebastian, who cares
for me and my husband, and he made me feel
at home and welcome-a special caregiver!
