I travelled from Canada to get treated by Dr Buitrago and his team and I have to say they’re all very professional and friendly; since the first consultation they made me feel comfortable and confident by their knowledge and Dr Buitrago’s expertise. They were all very accommodating, working extra hours to fit me in due to the short timeframe I had for my trip. Have nothing but gratitude for all of them.

As soon as you walk in this place youll feel at home. Very friendly staff and informative. My teeth are quite sensitive so I jumped a lot during my cleaning. Kudos for the tech helping me. Never seen such patience. Awesome experience!

The place is clean, cozy and quiet. Their excellent, professional and very friendly workers. They speak in English and Spanish, something that for us Latinos who do not speak English makes communication much easier. You can count on friendly and professional treatment from your first call or appointment. Many offers and also discounts so that your pocket is not so affected. The doctor and his assistants are very patient with people who, like me, are afraid of the dentist. 100% recommendable. If you are looking to fix your mouth and have everything turn out with the 3 B's (as we Cubans say), good, nice and cheap; I recommend you visit this dental clinic. Thanks to Doctor Buitrago and all the staff.

Great service. I do not agree with poor reviews. This place offers a great service to veteran despite of not being
a a government sponsor clinic. Also great customer service and state of the are technology.

Had appt. At 9: 00. I was in the office with another guy. I was waiting until 9: 15 and then asked when I would be seen. Lady Hilda was extreme rude. Horrible customer service talking to veterans the way she did. Said they had an emergency surgery? But other people went in before me? She could not have told me when I checked in that they had this and I would have to now wait? No respect at all for veterans there. Very disappointed. Will never go back and will file complaint with BBB. Will also tell people to avoid this place at all costs.

My husband is a Military Veteran and has been trying to schedule an emergency Dental appt with Tampa Bay Dental Solutions, Previously SmileFaith Dentistry for Veterans for a toothache since Feb 21,2023. I called the office and got the emergency number and the voice mailbox was full, we received a text from that number in a message format, but we never got a reply, I then called the office the young lady stated she couldn't make an emergency appointment, and to wait for a reply.she would schedule an appointment for comp & cleaning in March, to be charged $45 so we schedule for an appointment with condition someone would call me back for an emergency appt.of course to no avail. They are very unorganized and not in the best interest of patients. There should never be any dental/doctor's office that has an emergency number with a full mailbox that is unmanaged that doesn't return calls! Poor patient service period! Would not recommend them for any reason!
