Great place to bring the kids and family! Took 1 star away for the customer service. There a bunch of kids who don’t know the meaning of customer service. Nothing but nice to them and you get attitude back from them.

Had a great experience! Karts are quick, and the tracks are great for racing. Jaden, Guy, and Anna were great and made sure I had a good experience. They took care of anything that happened on track and offered exciting races. Appreciate the great experience!

This was the second time I went to this place with my family. We came on a Saturday. We waited 30 minutes just to pay, then waited a full 2 hours after that for my kids to race 1 time. They called my kids names 30 minutes after registering, then then didn’t put them on a race. My kids were waiting with helmets on for an hour and a half. I kept asking if they were going to be put on the next race and I was continuously told 10 more minutes. Turns out there was a birthday party, so even though I was also a paying customer my kids were treated like they weren’t important. This should have been communicated when I first got there letting me know the delays due to a birthday party, or they simply should not have accepted any more people outside of the birthday party. We ended up leaving and my kids were disappointed. There is a no refund policy so just wasted 2.5 hours of my life and money for my kids to be disappointed. I will not return. I have better ways to spend my hard earned time & money!

I highly recommend this place. Most people think this is like the Grand Prix near Nebraska at Malibu.but is Not even close. High speed adult racing where you actually drift around corners!

Had an amazing time. This place is well worth the. If you are new here, I recommend purchasing the three race ticket. By the time you get to the third race, you will feel comfortable with this experience. This is a place you will want to come back to.

Karts were really fun! Place was cool, they had upstairs party rooms and a concession stand. Very Central Florida-esque. Bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or paper towels though.

This was so much fun! We went for a birthday and had a blast. It was nice to be fully indoors just in case of rain. They had a snack bar and some games to play as you wait. The line was not long to wait and the lunch price was great. The pit crew was friendly and do ask you follow the posted rules. We watched other parties doing what they wanted to do and the pit crew had to keep turning the cars on slow mode and fixing spin outs. Please be mindful as they want you to enjoy your experience. You put yourself in slowing down and loosing those laps once you want to act foolish. It messes up your score card. The cars are so fun and FAST! The only thing I suggest is using slower kid cars on the smaller track as the adult cars go so fast that they will make your back and hand muscles hurt afterwards. Overall, this is a great time for an hour or two.

Checked in online at 6: 30 pm on a Friday night. Arrived at 9: 30 pm. We have been waiting for 1.5 hours to race 3 races. There is no organization and they are severely short staffed. The current employee managing the races has no control over who is scheduled to race next and if people are actually honoring their time slot. It appears to be a free for all. He has no control over drivers getting out of hand while racing and “road rage” on the track carrying over to the waiting room. This is a problem waiting to happen. The sanitation that was in place prior to Covid is nonexistent now with being overcrowded and too short staffed to keep up. We would leave but they won’t give us a refund and $40 x 4 people is not a cheap night out.

Welcome back guys. My husband loves this place and I thought what better way to put a smile on his face on a Saturday by spending it with you. Employees are extra sweet and helpful and what a rush. Will be back soon. Thank you

This place has become terrible. The employees cared more about playing around than helping us. We had one cart with no brakes and two carts with steering problems. They didn't care at all we had to stop 3 difference races. No sorry, no additional time, nothing. No water in men's bathroom or toilet paper in women's bathroom. 6 employees with 3 of us and they couldn't manage to do anything right or help. This place is a joke. Go to another track.

Tracks are very short. The karts are small and not adjustable so it's difficult to fit if you're tall (I'm 6' and my knees were nearly touching the steering wheel). Since the karts are electric they can manually adjust the speed, so you spend half of your laps going less than 100%. Workers will chide you if you bump into each other but won't proactively signal when to let someone pass (the easiest way to prevent contact). I like the go kart place back home a lot more as it has gas karts and bigger tracks.

Understaffed. Party was not attended to - had to ask for every little thing and wait for it. Kids had SOOO much fun racing. Definitely fun for the kids!

Not enough supervision of the worker controlling the race. Careless workers allowing for multiple crashes and pile ups resulting in rider injuries.

When they say "it will take long", they are honest, but they won't tell you will be here for 4 hours waiting for your 3rd race.

Been coming here for years and always love it. Might seem intimidating to a newbie but the staff will definitely get you situated. Jayden definitely makes sure this place runs smooth and I’ll forever be recommending people to come here!

We walked in, no one up front to greet us. We waited a couple minutes and found the self registration, which we filled out. When we were done there was still no one up front to greet us or direct us of the next steps. We walked out of the lobby into the main track area, at first we saw only one employee on the track directing a racer. We continued to walk down and around the entire track where the helmets and such are, and found there was a group of employees hanging out behind the helmet counter. Several looked right at us but no one actually said anything. A couple were on their phones looking down and one employee was playing air basketball. We stood there for a few awkward moments and then finally my husband decided he was ready to go. As we walked out we walked past two more employees, again no one said a word to us. Won't be back, which sucks because we were looking forward to a little race action.
