My entire experience was excellent with this office. I’ve now been to 3 ents through my Ménière’s journey over the last 3 years and I must say I’m extremely impressed with all the staff I’ve come in contact with. Elizabeth was who set me up with my new patient appt and was always quick to reply via email to any questions I had prior to my appt. After lack of communication with the front desk of my last ent office this was a breath of fresh air. Vincent was extremely patient with me as I had 3 years worth of symptoms for him to help summarize for the doctor. He made sure to ask all the right questions to accurately portray my Ménière’s history so far. And lastly Dr. Allen really took his time with me to go over my story, review records, and even showed me all my previous mri’s which non of my other doctors ever went thru with me. Im usually very nervous seeing docs, but Dr Allen made me feel comfortable and not rushed. Lastly, Katlyn was the staff member who checked me out. She also was wonderful and got me set up for my follow up. It really takes a real team to make a place excellent and tampa bay balance and hearing center sure does get an A in my book.

Dr. Allen is great. He explains everything in an understandable way & is very knowledgeable. His staff are friendly & helpful. They also are very good about getting you in if having a problem and need to see Dr.prior to next appt.

Dr. Kyle Allen is one of my favorite doctors in all of Tampa Bay. His staff is very accommodating and responsive also.

I love this place. I feel comfortable with all the staff members. They take the time needed to provide expert and professional care of their patients. Which is a major plus to me. I've never felt rushed at all. I highly recommend this facility for all your hearing needs.

Dr Bartels is Fantastic! He is the the 1st doctor to recognize AND do something about my health issues. I have seen 22 different doctors /NPs and been in 3 hospitals. His assistants and him looked over my extensive medical records. He did a thorough exam and interview he then referred me to one of the best stroke neurologists in the country that he is associates with Dr Albakri. Only 2 of the 21 other doctors agreed there was a issue but 1 offered no solutions (a PCP) and the other (a Neurologist) told me that there was nothing that could be done and wasnt interested in doing any testing. Thank you Dr Bartels.

A great place for those with balance issues or acute hearing problems. The staff is great.

Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. The staff is very accommodating and they keep you informed on every process and keep checking on you to make sure everything is OK. Highly recommend!

Got to my appointment on time. Nice and clean. Great customer service. First time there. Dr Danner was very informative about what was going on with me. Listened to everything I had to say. Highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Allen is the absolute best! I've been to many different ear doctors in my lifetime and he was able to identify and treat my problem from day 1.

Totally turned my life around. I investigated Cochlear Implants for quite a while but was convinced by the wonderful Audiologist & Surgeon that my choice was truly going to benefit me. I am so happy with my decision & their support. Thank you Kristina & Dr. Christopher Danner.

They have helped my daughter and my husband. My daughter received a cochlear implant from Dr. Bartels. We couldn't have been happier with the care and expertise. Also audiologist Brendzel was excellent! Highly recommend this practice.
They helped my husband with a rare disorder that caused awful dizziness. Again they really go the extra mile. So happy we found them.

10 years with this facility and the past three months have been a living hell. Of the dozens of people I’ve referred to their office and hearing devices that I’ve given them to give to others as well as binders of research for new implant recipients I have been treated like trash. I am appalled. Steer far away from this facility. All the sudden, after appointments and everything I now have a “collections” balance of $300 from over a year ago that I was never alerted to. The amount of money that they have made from referrals and devices I’ve given them alone, for them to say I’m in “collections” without any notice is absolutely deplorable.

Based off of that experience i asked for my medical records as I no longer want to be a part of a clinic that treats patients as such. I was told it’s a $40 release and $1 per page. Hospitals don’t even charge that.

I genuinely regret every being with this center and wish I could go back in time and take back everything that I’ve donated and give it to a facility that actually cares. But I’m sure they’ve probably sold everything already and made a profit.

Saw doctor here twice now and he has been very helpful in settling down Menieres problems. Highly recommend!
