Great! Front desk was very professional and the tech was also very professional and polite! Would suggest getting X-rays and MRI’s here!

I was recommended to this facility by my chiropractor, I had a scheduled MRI for Saturday 8am the facility is already a 30minute drive from me but no problem I needed this done and I work a 9-5 so Saturday opening was very convenient. I show up about 7: 50am sign in do all that's necessary of course no way was I gonna be called in at 8am completely understandable so I take a seat and wait man was that a long wait I sat there for 45 minutes watching the receptionist walk in and out the building a other person shows up and she still walking in and out she hands the second patient his ID and said I will be right with you guys sorry and right out the door she went tick tock tick tock it's now reaching 9am let's just say after she handed the second patient his ID and walked out the door we never seen her again at this point I left and the second patient was right behind me. My guess is she really hates her job, rather not be working a weekend or this facility lacks customer service all together. My first and last time ever stepping foot into this office and based on the reviews I won't waste my time speaking to a supervisor chances are I won't be able to speak to one or they will just brush this matter under the rug.

Had an MRI and X-Ray done here a few months ago, the staff was very professional and they got me my results really fast. I wold definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was the most uncomfortable MRI that I have ever received. And then they handed me the images of some woman that weren't mine. Clearly a HIPAA violation. Unbelievable.

I took a photo of the CD jacket for my record and returned it. But, if any officials are investigating this place; I will provide the photo and info.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I MADE A APPOINTMENT GOT THERE AND THE FREAKING OFFICE WAS CLOSED MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3: 00pm SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE CALLING TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER WHENEVER THIS RIGED PLACE IS OPEN

For the first time I am reading the TBI reviews. I found the office staff to be helpful and the technician to be professional and understanding. I am 6'3" 260. Yes the tube was tight on me. Yes I was was uncomfortable lying on my back but considering that I was there because of back, neck, and shoulder injuries what would one expect? I also had a real hard time staying still because my injuries would spasm. The machine is by no means the newest or by any means open, but it did what it was designed to do. As did the staff. I thank them.

Place is awful.i've had 6 mri's done with the same results. The last one i got there gave completely contradictory results to the previous 6. Turns out the images were blurry because I moved to much because they insisted i lay backwards on the table.i'm 6'4" and the previous mri i had done with them they put me on the table so I fit, this time they flipped me around and insisted i sit still for 40 minutes with my legs from just below my knee down hanging off the table which put incredible amounts of pain & pressure on my lower back. When i asked why it had to be done this way when the last time i did it the other way she said its just how its done now. See the table only goes into the machine so much, so instead of putting my legs on the long part of the table they flipped me around so that my legs were on the short end. This makes NO sense considering i was getting my neck mri'd.this place is run down with old equipment & terrible customer service. It took months to get a manager to contact me who was more focused on the fact they never ran my credit card than the fact the images came out so blurry from the mri tech putting me on the table backwards. She did not care at all that the 6 previous mri results disagreed with the blurry set and they would not redo the procedure properly.i will never use this joke of a company ever again.

HORRIBLE, horrible experience ever. I just did an MRI and they lied to me telling me that it was a semi open. I ended up with a closed MRI machine.
I got a panic attack and I called for the lady several times without a response. I called and told them what happened and the answer was. I'm sorry.
No monitoring or watching if you're ok.
Not professionals at all.

I had a wonderful experience at this facility, from the front desk to the tech in the back. I was super claustrophobic and nervous about getting the exam they even had one of the staff come in with me during the test to comfort me. Amazing!

Horrible Experience. Do not come here, they do not care about you as a patient nor do they care about customer service.

Even though I gave them my PIP number to bill, they billed me instead which cost me more than 1500 dollars. Careless!

-MRI Experience. -

They don't give you a button in case you want to get out of the machine which makes MRI more horrifying. Also the technician hardly ever talks to you like in other MRIs which relaxes you. They give headphones which does not make much sound.

Horrible experience! Appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before the exam because machine was down and had to wait a whole week because X-rays are only done on Wednesdays after I took the day off from work wasted. Rescheduled for another day. Waited an hour and a half even though I had an appointment.never have such poor service. Stay away if you can
