They need to fire half the people in warehouse. Move like snails. Over 4 hours to unload 5 bundles. Everyone walking around looking at their watches seeing when next break is. Absolutely pathetic

This place is the worst when it comes to unloading semi trucks. I waited over 4 hours to get unloaded and there was only 1 truck in front of me. Absolutely terrible experience.

Super slow unload, doesn't matter if you're here first they have priority over certain customers

Best Steel Supplier in Tampa Bay, fantastic customer service, excellent pricing, and massive selection. Several times they have gone above and beyond for me and are a great company to do business with.

This place was the biggest waste of time, the third shift supervisor (Austin) was very emotional the whole 3 months I worked there. From his uncontrollable outburst to his rude and disrespectful tone and choice of words. I never missed a day and stayed to the job was finished, yet still was terminated for speaking up for myself.

Terry is a very rude salesperson. I called asking about a particular product and she acted like she was being inconvenienced. As soon as I said round tubing she rudely cut me off and said "we don't carry that". When I asked if she could order some she continued her rudeness. Amazing to me that when someone wants to buy a product and is treated so badly. I hope her boss sees this and explains to her how important it is to treat customers with respect. I wouldn't want her working for me.

Stopped by this morning to get some steel from the metal outlet as I have done countless times in the past. Was very rudely told that the metals outlet is no more, even though it’s still featured on their website, on the signage at the road, and on the very building we where standing. I’ve bought from them in the past for both personal and work projects, but this one guys rudeness will not stand. I’m done with them, and I’m done sending fabricators and sculptors there.

Commercial customer running a food truck fab shop. Always responsive and helpful. Drivers are great, good attitudes and early deliveries!

As I walked in the receiving office this morning the first thing I seen was a Prayer box and a stack of bibles. I thank God that there are businesses that are not ashamed of their faith. That is refreshing to see out here on the road. May God Bless Tampa Bay Steel above and beyond expectations. The word of God says try me and see if I won’t open up the windows of Heaven and pour out a blessing you can not contain. Get ready TBS you biggest and best blessing is about to come. Stand under the spout where the blessing come out.

Very slow unload took 20 minute break after being open for less than hour. 7 trucks waiting to be unloaded. Don't care about driver time.

I have had the privilege to partner with Tampa Bay Steel on several occasions over the previous three years. Everyone from sales, purchasing, shipping, and quality are great to work with. Very professional and courteous from start to finish.

First in. First out. Started at 7: 30 Am out by 8: 15 Am. Great people. First class operation.
