8Really took their time and care with my son in his first surgery. Walked through the process multiple times and made sure we felt good about what he was going through. Each staff member made us feel cared for and I couldn't thank them enough!
All of the staff treated me amazing. I was very nervous and all the staff made me feel comfortable and confident, they were very sweet. Kara in recovery took very good care of me and helped me calm my nerves. She was incredible, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff.
My experience at this center has been wonderful, all the staff were extremely friendly and considerate… They have extreme preparation and professionalism. I recommend it 100%.
This office is great, the staff made my 5 year old feel comfortable and they gave me step by step what to expect when my daughter get out of surgery and they hit it on the nail, I didn’t have much to ask because of the thorough explanation the staff gave me before the operation. I would recommend this office, the wait wasn’t long as some of the reviews said and it was very clean. Check it out for yourself u won’t be disappointed.
This review is for Optum serve the people that do va claims exams here. My claim was denied because of these people and I'm sick and tired of fighting these civilian examiners. Their goal is to deny all va claims that come thru. Mine should've been a clear cut case but they deny because they hate veterans! I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
Still shocking to me that at this medical facility none of the Drs, nurses, or staff members are masked. This is a surgical facility! You go to Moffitt or any of the Florida Medical Centers and they're all masked. Do the COVID germs/any germs not enter the Tampa Bay Surgery Center?
The staff was absolutely AMAZING! The facility was very clean. The procedure was quick, maybe 30-35 min for adenoids removed, and tubes in both ears for my 6yr old. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Immediate results! Our baby boy had full hearing. Could breathe normally, without problems, it made us cry! They are a blessing to our family!
