Tampa curbing, Seffner FL

I would stay clear of this place. They apparently do not know how to use cement or do they seal properly so your stuff will break or crack and in their contract it says not responsible for cracking only meant to be decorative so don't run it over. When the owner doesn't get his way he offers to have a brawl out in the streets.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME/ENERGY ON THIS COMPANY. I CALLED @ 11: 26 AM ON A FRIDAY. MONDAY AT 5: 03PM (VIA A TEXT MESSAGE) JESSICA ASKS FOR MY ADDRESS SO SHE CAN GET WITH HER "TEAM" TO GET ME ON THE SCHEDULE FOR AN ESTIMATE. I TEXTED HER BACK AND TOLD HER DATE & TIMES THAT I HAD 2 OTHER COMPANIES COMING OUT SO THAT SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BOOK THEM AT THE SAME TIME. I TRIED TO CALL HER TWICE ON WEDNESDAY (GOT HER VOICE NO ANSWER BOTH TIMES). I DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE EITHER. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE. CALLED HER AGAIN ON FRIDAY (NEW A WHOLE WEEK LATER SINCE MY 1ST CALL / VOICEMAIL) GOT HER VOICE MAIL AGAIN SO I HUNG UP. SHE "FINALLY" CALLED ME AND SHE ASKS ME IF I GOT MY OTHER 2 QUOTES. I TOLD HER YES AND THEN SHE PROCEEDS TO ACT LIKE SHE IS ON TOP OF THINGS. I TOLD HER THAT I HAD CALLED HER A COUPLE TIMES THIS WEEK, SHE SAYS SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANY MISSED CALLS. (THAT'S WEIRD BECAUSE I CALLED THE # SHE TEXTED ME FROM- HELLO!). I TOLD HER THAT SHE TEXTED ME AND ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS AND SAID THAT SHE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME AND THAT IT WAS NOW A WEEK LATER AND I WAS STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM HER. SO WHAT DOES SHE DO. "SHE HANGS UP! ".
NO MANNERS, NO PROFESSIONALISM, JUST PLAN RUDE! IF JESSICA IS THE FACE OF THIS COMPANY THEN AGAIN. BEWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY OR MONEY!

They did the job and with in 3 months I have 4 cracks in different areas. I sent pictures like they asked as of today 3/15/23 no response called 3 times no call back. Very poor customer service and the thing is I’m talking directly to the owner and no help so far not sure what the issue is but I would never recommend them again to anyone.

Can't get return phone calls after leaving multiple message. We hired to having curing job and they did a poor job. Left color stains all over my driveway, sidewalk, chunks of concrete in the yard, and a mess in the street I ended up having to clean up with a pressure washer. We had a truck drive over a tree ring and the owner ended up sending them the ridiculous amount they wanted ($800) to repair. They ended up putting the incorrect color and when I finally had Jessica on the phone she admitted she knew the color might be different due to them changing vendors. NO Call to inform me and they went ahead and just did it own their own. Now I have been left with curbing that is the wrong color after the repair and curbing with a poor job of sealing that is missing it in places. Overall a sloppy job and I feel sorry for people that hire them next.

My curbing was installed in March. Cracked not even two days later the whole way through. I was told they would come back to seal it and replace the cracked area. I paid for the sealing. Have been trying to schedule and chase them down to do the repair for two months because I was told they guarantee their work. Unfortunately, they do not. They are unresponsive and could care less after they are paid for the job (that was poorly installed). I was now told that it was a natural hairline crack and I would be responsible for paying $350 dollars to repair the curbing. A quarter size crack. The ground did not shift in two days. I will be sure to avoid this company for future jobs.

This is the worst company to do business. They did a poor job on my curbing. Got the numbers of my address incorrect in the paving, never sealed and I paid for it, they never never never return phone calls. When my husband finally got in contact with them they used foul language when they were told we were going to give a bad review. My curbing is also cracking. RUN RUN RUN RUN as far away from doing business with this company if you want curbing. They will take your money and you will never see them or hear from them again.

We hired them to do curbing around our gardens and also paid for the "sealing" after so many days. We also recommended them to several neighbors. Well now the curbing has spots that are discolored. Called for them to come look at it. No response just as others have experienced. Finally someone shows up and sprays the curbing and says that will be $99.00! We never ordered more sealing, the last time did not work. Tried to blame it on lawn spray, but then it would be the entire curbing not just spots. Instead of fixing the problem, they made MORE money off of us! So sorry we gave them our business.

Tampa curbing was recommended to us, and they did not disappoint. Ryan was very helpful as I had concerns originally, and answered all my questions. We got sealing done on our curbing after 30 days, and Brian was also very helpful, and professional. Our experience was a positive one.

Had pavers and curbing work done last spring. Have had weeds growing between pavers already. Also concrete border on one side is breaking away. I called and spoke to Ryan and was told I would get a call back to come by and take a look. After 3 phone calls and no response I took pictures and sent them via text, still no response. It is disappointing when you are told by the owner he guarantees the workmanship and this happens.

The sales guy made promises that they could not deliver. I get sick to my stomach every time I pull up to my house. I certainly didn't want a pink and orange border. Not only does it not match my house, but is not even consistent throughout.

We used the company, and they did a great job, price was very reasonable, and work was done on time and I even added additional footage and they accommodated me.

Really bad company! The coloring of our curbing was all wrong and they charge you for fixing their mistake. The day of the installation they left a mess with concrete all over the lawn that took me time to fix. They didn’t leave a drainage system so curbing floods and now I have mold growing. I called several times to see what can be done to fix issue and they don’t answer calls or return phone calls. Horrible company and seeing all the other reviews similar to mine I would never recommend this company!

Excellent product and look. They cleaned up before they left. While we had a mix up on scheduling, they made it right immediately.

Highly recommend this company! Very fast, friendly and efficent. Very impressed with their work!

Tampa curbing got me on the schedule quickly and did a good job on the concrete. When they did a wrong shape on the driveway they did come back and fix it. But we were left with two things: 1- wrong color and said it would lighten up, and 2-got concrete stain on the driveway and did not clean it up. I called Border Masters after and they said it should have been taped off, or least cleaned up immediately. So now an additional job is left to clean and cover drive with stain.

Overall work is adequate but can't get them back out to fix issues. Big chunks concrete all over yard. Be careful, pricing is all over the place. Color was 4 shades lighter than shown by salesman in my home. Owner tells me after second treatment it will be much darker. Then he tries to charge for this second treatment. This was Tampa Curbings mistake, not ours. I told him I would pay for said treatment against my better judgement, Tampa Curbing never showed up.

Responding to the owner this was your sales guys error. My wife and I immediately told you this wasn't the correct color. Way to stand behind your work. Your don't even understand so responding to you is useless. You told my wife and I plus everyone else in the neighborhood that you guarantee your work and this really seems to everyone I speak to that you don't. Actions speak louder than words. Plus what about the mess you left in my yard you promised to come clean up 4 weeks ago. Again way to run a business.

Wow this is my fault for not looking at reviews before and just trusting sales guy. Look at all the poor reviews below. Plus Check Angie's list much of the same poor reviews. Good luck to you Me. Ryan

Repeated requests for a return call left unanswered. They have an "F" rating on Angie's List. BEWARE!
Manny came and gave quotes to practically everyone on my street 4 weeks ago, and said that given the volume, he could do a better price, and promised info the next day. Well, it's 4 weeks later, I've called, I've emailed, I've filled out their online form and nothing
I went to Angie's List (I am a member) to write a review before posting here, and I found that out of 6 reviews, ALL OF THEM are an F.
So, now you know and buyer beware.

Tampa curbing did a great job. The guys. We're on time and did a fantastic job.would recommend them to anyone who ask. Thank you Ryan and Tampa curbing crew.

Had cubing done left concrete on fence, red dye on side walk next to house, coated cubing with sealant that turned white, call Judy at least 10 times no call back once they get your money they are done with you, will hire some else to make repairs and sue for repairs in small claims court, so save yourself the trouble hire someone else!
