They are very inefficient, I had my appointment planned for almost a month and the reception did something wrong if I worked and I could not be attended to, losing my appointment.

Never, ever go to this place. They are unprofessional. Nobody knows what he's doing. Horrible place to wait whether you have support or not.

Waited 3 whole hours just for them to take in my mom and then we had to wait a whole hour in the room they put us in the front desk ladies were very much rude whole place is disorganized and a mess! Don’t come here at all poor management

The worst service of my life. The person at the front desk did not enter my information and after being there since 10 am with an appointment, they did not assist me because I was not on the list. It's really disrespectful to have to lose a day due to a poorly done job at the front desk and instead of trying to fix it they just told me that I had to go another day because the doctor was going to lunch. I do not recommend this place at all

I'm grateful to be able to see a doctor when I'm not working and have no insurance. But it's terribly sad how disorganized the staff are at every TFHC location. Recently, I was checked in to the wrong department and a 10: 15am appointment ended up finally getting wrapped up at 1: 30pm.
There is always some kind of mistake, miscommunication, or negligence when it comes to paperwork, check ups, labs, appointments, and check ins. I wish that the staff were more thorough and attentive because I always have to ask for things multiple times to get them done. (And due to their mistakes, my bill goes up for extra visits.)

I understand they're dealing with the thousands of people who have no insurance or money to get their health in order. I just wish that I felt safe with this doctors office. I am concerned that the level of negligence with the staff could be a reason for poor health issues in the future. It always feels like no one cares, or no one listens. I guess I just have to be more demanding and assertive with the staff to make sure they're as serious about their task as I am about my health. I can't trust them to care unless I'm nagging them. And nag I will. Repeatedly.

The most disorganized clinic I have ever encountered. I was instructed since I did not have a appointment to put my name on a clipboard and sit down “then we will call your name” I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for my name to be called and when I told the lady behind the counter what I was there for I was told Oh we don’t do that here. Would have been a great thing if instead of wasting MY time and patience they would ask “Hello what brings you in, then tell you IF they have that service available; before you sit and wait 2 hours for them to turn you away.

I called them previous to my visit to that location to find out if they had the type of provider I needed.
If I could give this location 0 stars that would be too many

Came in at 7: 30 in the morning with a dental emergency and they’ve had me waiting for over 2 hours. I have extreme pain and they keep taking other people instead of an emergency. Update: They made me leave because they were understaffed, im in extreme pain and they told me to come back at 1 after i waited for 2 hours to be attended. There was only 2 people there me and another lady and they made us both leave.

Have some self respect and choose a different office. Make an appointment, they call to confirm the day before only to reschedule an hour before the appointments.

The new appointment was going to be delayed 30-45 minutes. So I walked out.

If you can’t trust them with an appointment do you trust them with your health?

Horrible experience, waiting over 2 and a half hours for my son’s appointment - witnessed a mother blow up on the counter employee, apparently office employee walked off the job because of the unprofessional way this office runs or lack of running - I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! Don’t bring your children to this location!

They never respect people's time, you make a prior appointment and the day of your appointment they attend you two or more hours after your appointment, even if you arrive earlier, they should work on punctuality, but it is worth having an appointment.

They gave me an appointment for 10: 30 for my baby who hurt his foot and couldn't walk.
I go at 10: 18 and it is 11: 15 and the line is not advancing I ASK THE LADY WHO SPEAKS SPANISH THAT IT IS 11: 15 AND I AM IN THE LINE AND I HAVE MY APPOINTMENT SINCE 10.30AM AND THE LADY BOLDLY TELLS ME THAT IT IS NOT HER PROBLEM THAT THE PEDIATRICIAN MICHAELLA CHURRILLA ALREADY SAID SHE WILL NOT ATTEND ANYONE.
THEY DID NOT TAKE CARE OF MY BABY.
VERY UGLY ATTENTION AND WAY OF TENDING TO PEOPLE.
THIS CLINIC HAS PURE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE EVERY DAY WORSE ATTENTION TO PEOPLE
(I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO PEDIATRICIANS OR THE PERSON WHO HELP WITH THE JOB LETTER TO MRS. MILAGROS
NOR THE STAFF THAT ATTENDS IN FRONT)

If i could rate it 0/5 stars i would. Very unprofessional, poor communication skills.my best friend was at their for 2 hours in pain waiting just for them to tell her she would have to come back in 4 hours because they are understaffed.if they knew they were understaffed once they opened they should’ve explained it to her. Knowing she was in pain. Medical offices should have people in front desk that can actually communicate and always be attentive.this place SUCKS.
