The skinny guy with the rotten teeth needs to find a new job. ZERO Customer service skills. Idk how much money he's getting paid but I'm sure it's not worth losing reoccurring customers. Yes this place helps us sell, but without customers they'd be out of business. Consider the people bringing the stuff and give basic respect!

Oh my God, it was the most fun Iv'e had with my Son in a long time. Overall a great and pretty exciting experience. It was a very friendly helpful environment. The wonderful ladies in the office were kind, helpful and patient with me and mo Son even though apparently I wasnt supposed to bring him: (

People started friendly conversations and shared their interests, some gave friendly advice, some were knowledgeable about the process and helped me out a little bit. The staff helping with the auction were patient, honest, and helped explain the process. Everything there is a great deal, and a bargain.

My only thing I wish is if I can bring my 12 year old Son and if he follows the rules and proves not to be a liability can you guys please consider letting him attend with me again? He really enjoys and has an extraordinary fascination with the auction process, as well as buying, repairing, refurbishing and selling electronics. I'm just trying to show him the grind and it's an honest good time driving up there and experiencing it together. He always stays next to me unless he needs to get a drink.

Thank you again, I'll be back soon

The Auctioneer is treating the auction like its a retail store by setting prices where he we should be paying.

Tampa Liquidation Center has some redeeming qualities, but a couple questionable practices made my experience a 1/5:

1) HIDDEN MINIMUM BIDS: Although none is written, there are reserves for every item at the whim of the auctioneer. I lost count of the times where the auctioneer tried to start a bid at $50. $40. $30 which no one accepted, then someone would offer $25, but the auctioneer would just say "no" and end the bid with a "pass. " They seem all too happy to turn down fair bids and save the inventory for next week.

This practice rendered the auction an utter waste of time. I waited almost 4 hours to bid on an a lot of 6 EKGs, but since an unknowledgeable bidder overpaid for the first one at $400, the auctioneer did not accept several subsequent bids of $200-250 (a fair price) per unit and elected not to sell any of the other five. I'm not saying reserves are inherently bad, but it's greasy to waste our time by not advertising them from the start.

2) The auctioneer was extraordinarily unprofessional, rude, and slow. Even worse, he repeatedly made auction-altering mistakes. For example, he started offering a lot of ten computers at $15/piece, which someone accepted, then the auctioneer said he meant $50. Understandably, several bidders retorted that he had stated $15, which the auctioneer acknowledged; however, he quickly angered and sassed back, "I DIDN'T SAY 'SOLD' YET SO I CAN CHANGE MY MIND IF I WANT TO. PASS! " Thus, no one got to bid on that lot despite having waited hours for the chance.

There were some good things.the ladies in the office were kind and helpful, the descriptions of items were accurate to my knowledge, and the presumable owner made sure everyone knew a gold bracelet was fake despite being stamped "18K. " Unfortunately, this can hardly make up for the rest of the awful experience.

Even dealing with the aftermath of the last hurricane, TLC has remained diligent to get me my order. Their service has been spot on, and I’m no easy customer when I’m in a buying mood. Thank you Katherine and Robert & all the Tampa Liquidation Center staff.
