From newborn till 4years olds I had changed pediatrics about 8 times. Now my kids are 12 years old and I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world. My kids adore Heidi!

Today I went without an appointment because my daughter had a fever, they did not deny me care, on the contrary, they gave me the opportunity to wait to be seen. Dr. Álvarez excellent and her friendly staff.

Mrs Alvarez was amazing, brought in baby because she wasn’t feeling too well, I was a tad overwhelmed by her being so sick and Mrs Alvarez was just so attentive, helpful and really listened not just brush off anything I said, and my babygirl isn’t easy to deal with when it come to doctors and she understood so well and still did her job amazingly! More doctors should take notes! 10/10 plus she explains everything in a way that someone who’s not a doctor can understand, and I don’t post this to take away from the other doctors they have I’m sure are amazing too she just really stood out!

I would recommend this doctor's office to everyone. I wouldn't want no other doctor in the world for my son but doctor Heidi. My son has been with her since a baby and he's 7 now.

Heidi is absolutely amazing. Both of my kids love her. The staff is always so polite and helpful. The best thing is if you need to be seen they get you in right away

Dr Heidi has been my kids Doctor for over 5 years and she has helped in every step of the way. Our family is thankful to have her as our Kids Doctor. Every visit is pleasant you can tell she also enjoys what she does.

I’m happy I made the right choice of switching my kids to this facility. They really are the best, the care we get from the front desk staff and the rest of the team makes you feel very welcoming. The doctors have all been very amazing with my girls. Very understanding and very caring, my kids love the doctors here and feel very comfortable speaking freely to the staff and doctors. By far the most incompetent practice I have yet to deal with. They wrote a wrong prescription for my daughter who has an ear infection. They left out the quantity and the antibiotics that she needs and when I try to call for them to correct this, no one answered. I’ve tried to call them previously for medical records to no avail, same thing they never answer. They will send you to voicemail and even when you leave a voicemail, they never return your call. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
