Worst experience ever, this company has a really poor customer satisfaction experience, we ordered a catalogue for our desserts company with them and after 2 weeks waiting anxious to receive it they gave us an awful designed catalogue with no quality at all in the pictures, really bad photoshop edition, images really clear like barely can’t see details on it due to being so clear and bright, they just justify the bad job by saying that we approved the work by email before printing but being honest it wasn’t the same the email pictures of what supposed to be than what we received in person, really poor quality for this company, be aware.

They are absolutely Fantastic! I needed 100 business cards asap and flyers. They had them done in 1 business day! And they were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! Highly Highly recommend!

Came in to get a price quote for a T shirt I needed. Jim and wade were very nice and attentive, answering all of my questions.

The guy working there did me a solid he had me email my documents to him and printed them out in no time. It was only 8 pages so I was ready to pay and he was like he not even going to charge me for them. That’s what i call great customer service he made my day

Easily the worst experience of my life in the entire USA. Me and fiance were treated like garbage for the simplest of requests after providing all necessary documentation for request. Felt practically thrown out of the establishment by management, who was incapable of reasoning by any stretch, due to sheer ignorance. No idea how they earned these ratings with that sort of customer service and straight up atrocious behavior!

This company has always had great customer service and great quality anddddddddd! Great turn around times and great prices! I use to use them years ago when they were hidden away in a small location off west shore or cypress, somewhere in that area lol! Great all around team! Bring the sample folders back! My clients use to love those, and they helped me close deals because of the visuals!

I just left from this awesome business and I must say those wonderful reviews were no lies. Omg guys where do I begin. I am a Content creator on YouTube, my channel is (it's a Terrance kind of thing) so I pride myself in professionalism and great customer service. Tampa Printer exceeded my expectations because they were so friendly. I had to print an offer letter and the young lady who assisted me did it free of charge. I am so grateful that there are businesses like these around. Wonderful place very professional and simply just kind. 5stars for sure!
