Tampa Sports Authority reviews
8We worked with David Moss and Ursula on plans for a large tailgate/catered event. The time, effort, patience, and customer service they provided were incredible. They pulled off a very large event without a hitch - we cannot thank them enough. We look forward to our next event at Raymond James.
They are the most disorganized uninformed group in Tampa. In June, they went to a new points system for the golf courses. Good luck getting your points. The employees are completely untrained, and theTSA members are being ripped off. We are due to renew our membership next week, and we are taking a hard look if it's worth it.
Parking can be confusing in Lot 6D. If you have prepaid parking
They may tell you you can't park in handicap even if you have license tag and hanging tag. This happens about every 2nd visit during Bucs season. I think the issue has been resolved but I await the next home game to see if the confusion has been resolved.
I'm personally a smoker but I praise the Raymond James stadium for making the entire venue non smoking there are many family's that come to events here with children that don't need to be around second hand smoke the venue is always clean and staff is very friendly
We did the Raymond James Stadium tour today and it was led by a man called Bill Charles. We were taken around the Stadium at a leisurely pace and Bill told us about the history of the Stadium and other interesting facts.
We would highly recommend doing the tour whether you are a tourist like us or a resident. It was highly informative and really enjoyable. At the end of the tour Bill took a group photo to post to their Facebook tour page.
Our phones did not work and we asked Bill was there a place around to catch a taxi. He said he would ring a taxi for us and let them know that we were waiting at the junction. He came out a few mins later to check if the taxi came and rang again to reconfirm that there was one on the way.
It’s people like Bill that make you realise there are still nice people out there.
Terrible decision to cancel day 2 of sunset music festival. That decision screwed over a ton of people and it turned out to be a beautiful day.
Terrible experience at the recent Buc's Carolina home game. Walking through the security line I placed my phone, keys and wallet in the basket they provide prior to going through the metal detector. I was then further checked with the wand. As I went to retrieve my belongings the security person at the metal detector tipped over the basket and my phone smashed on the concrete. She apologized and pointed me to her supervisor. He took my information and said he would find me at my seats or call and resolve the issue. A month later still not resolved. They basically said they can't do anything about it and won't return my calls or emails.
