I have known Tampa Tank since initiating business with them during 2010. They have been reliable with their service begining to quick response to RFQs, fabrication progress for equipment ordered then finally shipping and logistics details when the product (s) is/are enroute to the customer.

Long time customer. Depending on who you get, customer service is a hit or miss. Pip is awesome.
Steel is always delivered on time and promptly.
Big problem is that they double charge you sometimes. It has happened three times to me now, and it has resulted in fees from my bank and a loss of business. When they double charge you for about a thousand dollars, it’s a huge pain. We are a small family business
When I spoke with “accounting” they said that I’ll have to take it up with my bank. Very unprofessional that this has happened multiple times, especially since we are loyal customers. They charged me the same day I ordered over the phone and when they delivered the metal 3 days later. No reason for this

It's been awhile since I ordered anything from TS & S due to covid.
When I have ordered it has always been a great experence;
not only are the prices very reasonable but the orders always
arrive on time and I could not ask for nicer people to deal with.

They are not only courteous but very helpful and just
super people to deal with which makes for a pleasant
experience (I can't say that about some of thier compertors).

I went today with my husband, and they had me waiting for very long time. Very Poor customer service, they guys were talking to each other while we were waiting to be assisted. The front desk lady called them several times but they ignored us. We decided to leave due to this disrespectful attitude, but we informed them that we were going to leave a negative feedback.

Friendly, informative, helpful. Also the women are better looking than the guys. Sorry guys.

Everyone here is incredibly helpful and friendly. It's actually one of the easiest places to get metal from. They are fast, seriously courteous and really knowledgeable.

They are fabulous. Everyone is nice, Good prices, good selection, custom cuts.

I was not treated appropriately. I attempted to purchase an item At The advertised price, I was told that I had to pay a higher price becauseThere was no update in the system. This is after I made a sizable metal purchase. The customer service I received today from the young lady was unacceptable. She suggested that i might want wait outside and sit in car until my order was ready. UNEXCEPTABLE!

They very helpful and Rashad so friendly and put metal in our dump trailer the way we wanted done. Would recommend this place thanks for the help awesome

Ordered my material online two days ago, order 77819, when I went to pick it up they told me their online price was wrong and it was going cost over twice as much as what I had ordered it for. Fortunately it was a small order and not a large order for a contracted job.

Customer service is not their strong point. It is almost like you are invisible for 10-15 minutes when you walk into the office

I get all my steel from here they will cut it to the length you need if you call and pre order it. Been doing business here for several years.
