My daughter always comes home happy to tell me about how her day was at camp. I love how the communicates with me with updates and any questions if there is any. I like that my daughter always has something positive to say about the ymca which speaks a lot about your company. Thank you for having such a caring staff and great leadership we love the ymca so much I am now going to get a monthly membership after speaking with Jacqueline in the Riverview camp Cristina location, thank you all so much!

The staff is amazing! I love that they keep the kids on a schedule with fun different daily activities like gymnastics and outdoor sports. Every staff member I have interacted with goes above and beyond to ensure each child is safe and has a fun time. My son loves it here and I am very lucky to have found such a wonderful after school program for him.

Awesome and attentive staff, especially Mr. Armani! Communicates with children and parents keeping them well informed! Mr. Armani is an exceptional welcomed addition to the team! Keep up the great work taking such wonderful care of our children, making us parents feel at ease while at work! We REALLY appreciate you YMCA BASE! YMCA, for me is like a family, where both I and my children have felt welcomed with love and respect. I love the way they take care of my children, I love their professionalism, I am respectful and they make my children feel important, and they give me the confidence and peace of mind of knowing that my children are in good hands.

They have the best group of people working there, all very polite and nice. They make you feel that your little ones are safe as if they were at home.

My neighborhood (lakes of cristina) YMCA staff are the best. They are professional, courteous & genuinely very nice to deal with. They show that they care about the kids' & parents' needs.

Shelia is amazing! She is always available and willing to help, especially during our times of need. I'm thankful for the afterschool Y program at Anderson! Some things are priceless, and knowing your child is in a safe environment with caring people, is worth every penny!
We're dedicating 3rd quarter Honor Roll to Ms. Sheila! She holds my son accountable and demands excellence from him! She's firm, but fair. We love her and more importantly respect her very much.

This review is for Jessica wehby administrative director base they have been charging my account on a weekly basis for both my kids. When asked about the adjustment and refund she states she needs to speak to her “colleagues” I’ve been calling everyday for almost three weeks about the same issue. I just got an email this morning from “Jess” that she promised to reach back to me on Friday because on Thursday she and her team had a “big event” ma’am I spoke with you Tuesday the refund could’ve been processed Wednesday. Now the email she sent this morning stated that she recommends to add my credit/debit card to receive the refund “faster” and to let her know once I add my card to my account so she can make “adjustments” Jessica how am I supposed to let you know? You don’t answer your phone, you don’t return calls when I leave you a message. You don’t answer your emails.you also took off your ext number on the second email you sent me. And every single time I call the office and they check to see if you’re there they always say you’re in a “meeting” this situation has dragged for three weeks. Let’s see how long the refund and also the credit that I asked to be returned back to me takes.
