Tampa Pool Pro took care of my parent's pool (a pool they have had since I was 3 years old), and they totally knocked it out of the park! From the finishing, the tile, and the overall look.my parents could not be happier! I have loved going over there to visit and just hang out in the pool. Their team took on this project from a company my parents had first gone with only to be SCAMMED by a company without a license. Tampa Pool Pro helped to get them out of that situation and handled everything. We could not be more thankful for Tony and his team!

We had a mechanical issue with our pool pump, so I called them. While this specific issue wasn't within the scope of what they do, I was placed briefly on hold while the woman went out of her way to get me exactly the phone number that I needed to call. Very appreciatve.

Andre was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was quick and efficient with his work but also very willing to answer any questions I had. UPDATE - Tony + team saved the day again! Pool filter failed. Looked like a geyser spraying water. Tony was responsive. 8 AM. On a Monday morning. Had Andre out ASAP to fix the issue. Outstanding customer service and great team.
