Extremely dissatisfied with there service a one male day time employee, a day before someone stole a lot of my clothes out a dryer I was using a female employee was very helpful on trying to help me identify the person who took my items an gave me information to keep in contact with the store, a male day time employee took there store phone off the hook for an entire day an it was ringing busy the entire day in order he didn't have to answer any questions about my items, I to drive across town to the store to get any information just to find out the day time male employee left the phone off the hook on purpose witch is extremely unprofessional an unacceptable
