Tapestry cypress creek is amazing apartments the staff is super friendly we have been here for 2 months and are loving it so far maintain the property fantastic. 5 stars in my book

After the news brought this $4billion corporation to light seeking major tax breaks for itself posing as affordable housing for officials of the community from what ive heard from multiple news outlets and local government officials. I have to shame them with a 1 star.

These are luxury apartments at luxury prices. Don't ask for tax breaks when you're not trying to help anyone but yourselves. Shame on you!

Do Not Rent one of these apartments. My apartments ceiling collapsed because of a leak in the air conditioning system. There was toxic mold a hole in my ceiling and my apartment was 89 degrees. It was unlivable for over a week. They refused to compensate me for any expenses or move me and I paid thousands of dollars to stay safe. They could care less. The mold tested toxic. I had been ill for sometime and my pets were coming down with strange skin conditions. After it was fixed we all got better. The dog park is disgusting. It is always gull of feces and holes. I had a severe infestation of bugs. There are hidden holes in the grass that I have personally witnessed dogs and people falling in. There is always a smell of marijuana in the halls. If you have a complaint they just put it off on the leasing company and ignore you. Also someone went into my locked storage unit and dedicated in there and I was traumatized. Good luck if you still choose to rent here

The three maintenance men are efficient and show up when I have had a maintenance request from the department. Raúl is the one who generally, in my case, helps me. They have knowledge and understanding of white goods repair and other aspects in the department. THANK YOU

Anthony The maintenance supervisor is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to help my family last night with an emergency, even With the property having a big event, he took time out of his evening to make sure that we were OK and made sure not to leave until everybody was safe. Thank you Anthony your professionalism showed, and we are more than grateful for you.

Beautiful event, nice to see the staff go out of there way. It was really nice great atmosphere

This is by far the most thoughtful residential complex. They are always throwing events in an effort to get residents to meet and greet.

They apartments are okay, for a "luxury" apartment you would think that there would be some sort of security or at least cameras, to look over the cars in the parking lot. Especially if year after year people are getting cars broken into during "holiday" seasons. Unfortunately my car was literally stolen from the parking lot of the apartment complex. I definitely feel as if they can put some cameras to at least look over the lot's, as that would be a deterrence, for thieves. The police officer's also felt so. Instead they have a security guard that yells at people for being in the pool area after hours.

Just wanted to leave a thank you note for the Tapestry Team. My car recently rolled into the parking lot without my knowledge of it. Anthony went above and beyond to let Elena know of the issue. Swiftly after I was contacted by Elena. I appreciate their responsive and I’m very grateful for both of them. My car was left unscathed!

I’ve lived at Tapestry for 2 1/2 years now and in the beginning was pretty rough with the previous management. Nothing was addressed and or seemed to be taken seriously as a resident. (poor communication, grounds were poorly cleaned, hallways, animal feces everywhere, trash pile up etc) just poorly maintained for a luxury Living apt complex. Especially with inflation at its highest.

However, Front office staff elena, always professional and polite!
Fast forward to currently now, such an improvement from upper management Matthew, Ashley, as well as the Maintenance Team! Maintenance Supervisor anthony very prompt, professional and polite. You can really rely on him when an issue arises- as well as his staff! Thank you anthony! The grounds are cleaner than before & you actually feel heard as a resident when an issue may arise.

I appreciate Raul and Anthony's prompt response to my maintenance issue. I had anticipated waiting several hours or maybe a day to get my AC fixed, but they did so in less than half an hour after I submitted my request.

Elena was outstanding! She went above my expectations. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

My wife and I moved here last month, so far, so good. All the staff are very nice and friendly. Elena welcomed us warmly and Deja helped us a lot. The maintenance person, Raul, fixes things right away and acts very professionally.

I’ve been living here for past 11 months and I wouldn’t complain instead I would be so grateful for this place. It’s a one stop home, we have everything, I mean gym, pool area, braai area AKA barbecue, fast response for any issue tracks. I love it here

Delivered door dash order at night to come back to my car on a towing bed. I parked in a spot with barley visible white lines at night to deliver a door dash order to the building. Evidently “double parking”. I was away from the car no more than 5 min, even left my purse inside, only to come back and see my car was in the middle of being towed. Where was this guy? In the bushes watching? The guy lowered my car only when he realized I am 8 months pregnant. Point being, be mindful of the parking and the super spy towing company that waits in the shadows.

Elaine is so sweet and helpful, she did everything In her power to work with me and make sure I could get my dream apartment. The complex is beautiful and the amenities are unmatched. Definitely recommend!
