Target, Jacksonville FL

Had a terrible experience at this store when going to purchase TVs that were previously held for us. After a pleasant shopping experience purchasing TVs at the Target in Yulee, we stopped in this location to purchase two more TVs for our parents. We were informed by Kobi, a manager/floor lead from our impression, that there was no one on site that could take down any TVs and that their staff member that handles that "Tom" wouldn't be in until Monday. We could put our names on the 3 TVs we were interested in purchasing and they could hold them until Monday when he could find out more information on the TVs and we could decide which TVs we wanted to purchase based on accurate information from the electronics staff member in charge of the wall display re-build. I told him I was just worried the TVs would be sold from under us and he specifically informed us "You don't have to worry about that, Displays are never asked about, it will be fine until Monday. I'll add these two TVs to the ticket you already have and there wont be anyone here that can take down TVs until Monday so you will be good to go". We knew we wanted to purchase a 65 inch Samsung, (the same TV we bought at the Yulee location for the clearance price, plus 20% off since it was a floor model and had a lot of hours on it). We also asked for details about 2 different 70 inch TVs. Kobi said one was discontinued so he knew he could sell that one to us and could honor the clearance price of the other TV but the series that "wasn't discontinued" (the one we initially wanted), he wasn't sure he could actually sell to us but he would add them to our hold ticket and he would find out more information on Monday when we arrived and we could make a decision from there. Monday rolls around. We call and confirm (after multiple attempts) they would call us once the TVs on the ticket were taken down and ready for us. We arrive and- The TV that was "not discontinued" by Kobi's notion that was $349, was no longer there, it had been sold the day prior (on the day we were told no one would available to remove TVs), and the only one they had available was the other TV he could "honor the clearance price of the other TV" for $629. Kobi said he did not remember telling us he would honor the clearance price, we would not get 20 % off with them being floor displays ("apparently" Target runs like privately owned businesses because we were told each store handles those things differently) and there was pretty much nothing he could do to the right the wrong. LONG story short, the customer service and follow through of this sales associate has left a lasting bad experience. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to a further Target location and visit a store that has great customer service and follows through with their agreements.

Even thought I changed my pick up to curbside last minute, I still waited less than 5 minutes! Great customer service.

Horrible customer service. Bought a defective GoPro and tried to exchange it but they said they couldn’t and it had to be refunded and I had to re buy. Was told the refund would be immediately and it wasn’t. Now I’m out 1,000$ For a 500$ product until they release my money.

Out of the three medications my cancer patient Daughter needs for pain this "Pharmacy" had one. The Pharmacist informed me that they might be coming in the next day. Might! I asked if the prescriptions could be transferred to another CVS and was told "no". A Pharmacy is not a Lemonade Stand and should not be run like one. Lord help them if her medications don't come in.

They were very helpful and clean. One of the best targets in Jax. I just wish the customers were better.they can be very rude to employees and it’s totally uncalled for! To the employees at target: KEEP IT UP! You guys are great. And deserve more

It was easy to shop through the app and do the pick up. And felt safer than going in the store.

I was in the area so came here to get fews things. I will never shop here again. Many of the items are twice as expensive as Walmart and three to four times more than Dollar General and Dollar Tree for the same exact items.

The self checkout register was not working it charged me and 2 other women twice. The temp manager gets the security guard and refused us our refunds. I hate this racists store. I called corporate they said they would call me back 48hours later no call

Nice store, good variety, has a Starbucks and self-checkout. Doesn't always have many checkout lanes open though and the carts aren't newer.

It’s a great alternative to Walmart, however, you pay for your safety with the overall higher prices. I took off one star because there seems to always be a homeless person outside waiting to beg for money (which I admit, Target can’t do anything about), and also, because it always seems to be a bit difficult to find a sales associate to ask for help.

Their grocery is in the far right back of the store. If it was in the front left, I would go there 80% more than I go to Walmart. PUT GROCERY IN FRONT LEFT. SIDE. OF STORE. UGH!

This Target often doesn’t have what I’m looking for. Many times they’re out of stock for items and don’t restock them for a while. Staff is friendly though.

No cashier forced into self check out where the only employee there to help was rude. Machine was ringing everything twice. When asked her to remove she acted like we where trying to steal looking in bag to make sure. As we were leaving after doing job an employee should have handled we seen reason. Employees and what looked like a manager where hanging out in front laughing an ignoring the customers.

Not enough staff in store to help shoppers. Good deals on most items. Only place in town that I can find Dry Beneful Incredibites Chicken. All have beef, but not chicken. That brought me to Target, the deals are icing

Smells great, busy, long lines.customer service opened up to alleviate the line congestion. It was nice.

I liked many of the clothing styles even though they were a little expensive. The smell of popcorn made me hungry. I got a soft pretzel which was good and inexpensive. The clerks were very nice.

Selection could be better. Target isn't a typical place I shop. Was there obly because my wife received a gift card for Target.

Great time while browsing through the store after gathering my items.floor amd toy isle were neat and everything was easy to find and great staff to help out and wonderful people comming in and out at night surprisingly.new hot spot

Love this place, has anything I need from great brands of clothes to shoes to food to electronics to sports and outdoors to furniture to toys! And great employees
